We are a conscious family living in Costa Rica. Life here is simple, green, and deeply connected to the earth.
We have hosted volunteers before—supporting retreats and family life at our previous home in Tenerife—and those experiences were truly enriching.
A month ago, our eldest son experienced a tragedy that has left our entire family navigating a period of trauma.
We need support with day-to-day life—whether that involves childcare, preparing meals, cleaning, or running errands. We are here together, and the goal is to share tasks so that the children can receive the full, undivided presence they need.
✨ This is not a tourist-style exchange. Ours is a calm, reverent, and respectful environment.
We are especially looking for someone who:
• Enjoys preparing nutritious vegetarian or whole-food meals
• Can follow recipes with care and dedication
• Finds joy in being of help
• Is emotionally mature and responsible
• Feels comfortable with a calm, natural pace of life
We welcome individuals, friends, or conscious couples/families, provided that every adult is fully responsible for themselves and their own children. Given the sensitivity of our current situation, we are unable to provide childcare for the children of volunteers.
We value personal responsibility and a natural flow over tracking specific hours. The tasks are straightforward, but consistency and initiative are essential.
What we offer in return:
• A private stay surrounded by the lush nature of Costa Rica
• Access to a unique, conscious family environment
• Shared knowledge regarding doula work—supporting women throughout their lives, including menarche, natural gynecology, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care, as well as uterine healing and natural medicine.
• Qi Gong, Taoist bioenergetics, and energy practices.
• Exposure to conscious postpartum care. This is a space built on mutual respect and inspiration. While this is not a therapeutic space for volunteers, those interested in these areas can learn, observe, and draw inspiration from holistic approaches.

Somos una familia consciente que vive en Costa Rica. La vida aquí es sencilla, verde y profundamente conectada con la tierra.
Hemos recibido voluntarios anteriormente (apoyando retiros y la vida familiar en nuestro último hogar en Tenerife), y esas experiencias fueron enriquecedoras.
Desde hace un mes, nuestro hijo mayor sufrió una tragedia que llevo a toda nuestra familia en un trauma.
Necesitamos apoyo con el dia dia, sea para cuidar un niño, preparar la comida, limpiar o ir a comprar.
Nosotros estamos aquí y se trata de compartir las tareas para que los niños puedan recibir la plena presència que necessitan.
✨ Este no es un intercambio turístico.
Es un ambiente tranquilo, devocional y respetuoso.
Valoramos especialmente a alguien que:
• Le guste cocinar comidas vegetarianas o integrales nutritivas
• Pueda seguir recetas con cuidado y dedicación
• Disfrute ayudando
• Sea emocionalmente maduro y responsable
• Se sienta cómodo en ritmos tranquilos y naturales
Estamos abiertos a personas individuales, amigos o parejas/familias conscientes, siempre que cada adulto sea plenamente responsable de sí mismo y de sus hijos. Debido a la sensibilidad de estos momentos, no podemos ofrecer cuidado infantil para los hijos de los voluntarios.
Valoramos la responsabilidad y la fluidez en lugar de contar las horas. Las tareas son sencillas, pero la constancia y la iniciativa son esenciales.
Lo que ofrecemos a cambio:
• Una estancia privada en la exuberante naturaleza costarricense
• Acceso a un ambiente familiar único y consciente
• Conocimiento compartido sobre el trabajo de doula: apoyo a las mujeres a lo largo de sus vidas, desde la menarquia, la ginecología natural, el embarazo, el parto y el cuidado posparto. También sanación uterina y medicina natural.
• Qi Gong, bioenergética taoísta y prácticas energéticas.
• Exposición al cuidado consciente del posparto
Este es un espacio de respeto mutuo e inspiración. Si bien no es un espacio terapéutico para voluntarios, las personas interesadas en estas áreas pueden aprender, observar e inspirarse con enfoques holísticos.
Programaremos una videollamada antes de confirmar, ya que la alineación y la comodidad mutua son esenciales.
