  We are currently looking for a volunteer from end of Sep/beginning of October for a minimum period of 1 month.

  We are a warm and welcoming couple living in Vienna, Austria, and we’re looking for a caring, responsible dog lover to join us as an “au pair” for our two friendly mixed-breed dogs.
  
  Our dogs are part of our family — they’re playful, loving, and enjoy spending time outdoors. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys being around animals and wants to be part of daily life with us and our dogs.

  While staying with us in Vienna, you’ll have the chance to explore one of Europe’s most beautiful and cultural cities! From classical concerts and art exhibitions to cozy cafés and local street markets, there’s always something happening here. Depending on the season, you might enjoy open-air cinema nights, Christmas markets, or summer festivals. You’ll also get a glimpse into everyday Viennese life — a relaxed mix of tradition and modern living. We’re happy to help you connect with locals, find language exchange meetups, or simply show you our favorite spots around the city.

  What you’ll be doing:
  • Taking the dogs for 2-3 daily walks
  • Feeding and giving them water
  • Playing, cuddling, and keeping them company
  • Helping with light household tasks
  • Keeping us updated when we are away and watering plants and help with light gardening tasks.
  
  Experience with dogs would be helpful.

  You’ll have your own clean and comfortable room in our home, with access to Wi-Fi, a shared bathroom, and laundry facilities. It’s a quiet, safe space where you can relax and feel at home. We often cook fresh meals and are happy to share with you , we cook together or you’re welcome to use the kitchen if you prefer to cook your own food. We try to keep things flexible and relaxed!
