  We are a family made up of a mother, two children aged 7 and 9 and a cat. We live at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos, in a spectacular mountainous area in central Spain. Our house is located on the outskirts of Arenas de San Pedro, capital of the Tiétar Valley, a town of approximately seven thousand inhabitants. Our neighborhood is on the outskirts, it is very quiet and at the same time a 5-minute walk from the town center. We have a very nice and bright three-bedroom apartment, in a residential area on the outskirts with common areas (winter and summer swimming pools, paddle tennis court and gym).
  
  Somos una familia compuesta por una madre, dos niños de 7 y 9 años y un gatito. Vivimos a los pies de la sierra de Gredos, en una zona montañosa espectacular del centro de España. Nuestra casa se encuentra en Arenas De San Pedro, capital Del Valle del Tiétar, un pueblo de aproximadamente siete mil habitantes. Nuestro barrio está a las afueras, es muy tranquilo y a la vez a 5`a pie del centro del pueblo. Tenemos un piso muy bonito y luminoso de tres habitaciones, en una urbanización a las afueras con zonas comunes (piscinas de invierno y de verano, pista de pádel y gimnasio).

  This is a mountain area that offers many and varied activities, a wild environment rich in landscapes and cultures. We belong to the province of Avila, although we are located in the south, bordering Cáceres, another very beautiful area of ​​the peninsula, and one hour from Toledo, a World Heritage Site. In addition, we are also 2 hours from Madrid, so getaways to the capital are more than feasible. At home you can enrich yourself with Spanish culture. We are a happy and fun family, who live in a respectful way with each other and with the rest of the world. We like music, sports, making plans with friends, watching movies... Whoever is up for it, can live with us as one more member of the family!
  
  Esta es una zona de montaña que ofrece muchas actividades y muy variadas, un entorno salvaje y rico en paisajes y culturas. Pertenecemos a la provincia de Avila, aunque nos encontramos al sur, lindando con Cáceres, otra zona muy bonita de la península, y a una hora de Toledo, Patrimonio Mundial. Además, nos encontramos también a 2h de Madrid, por lo que las escapadas a la capital son más que viables. En casa puede enriquecerse de la cultura española. Somos una familia alegre y disfrutona, que vivimos de forma respetuosa entre nosotros y con el resto del mundo. Nos gusta la música, el deporte, hacer planes con amigos, ver pelis... Quien se anime, puede convivir con nosotros como uno más de la familia!

  Unterkunft

  The flat has three rooms, the one that would accommodate the "guest" person would be the one at the entrance to the house, the most independent. For individual use. The house has two bathrooms, one of them en suite in the back room (the one I occupy, mother :). The other bathroom is in front of the guest room and is for general use. The room itself is a room with lots of light, a 1.05m bed and a built-in wardrobe. Quite spacious and comfortable. The person can use the common areas, of course.
  
  El piso tiene tres habitaciones, la que alojaría a la persona "invitada" sería la de la entrada a casa, la más independiente. De uso individual. La casa consta de dos baños, uno de ellos en suite en la habitación del fondo (la que ocupo yo, madre :). El otro baño está en frente de la habitación de invitados y es de uso general. La habitación en si, es una habitación con mucha luz, una cama muy cómoda y armario empotrado. Bastante amplia y cómoda. La persona puede hacer uso de las zonas comunes, por supuesto.
