  Good morning workawayers!!
  My name is Matteo, I'm 43 years old, and I live in Sardinia on a small plot of land just steps from the sea, not far from the cities of Alghero and Sassari.
  I've been taking care of this place for eight years and have begun to realize my dream of living in nature, in a simple and authentic way.
  I cultivate a vegetable garden for my own produce (except in the summer due to the lack of water), I've planted a small olive grove of about 60 trees, and I have a few fruit trees.
  I live alone, in a caravan, with the company of a beautiful Maremma dog and a lovely cat.
  The place is stunning, very wild, immersed in the Porto Ferro natural park.

  Sono Matteo,ho 43 anni,vivo in Sardegna in un piccolo terreno a due passi dal mare non molto lontano dalle città di Alghero e Sassari.
  Da 8 anni a questa parte mi prendo cura di questo posto ed ho iniziato a realizzare il mio sogno di vivere in natura,in maniera semplice e genuina.
  Coltivo un orto x la produzione propria (eccetto l'estate per la mancanza di acqua necessaria),ho impiantato un piccolo oliveto di circa 60 piante e ho qualche albero da frutto.
  Vivo da solo,in roulotte,con la compagnia di una bellissima cagnolona maremmana e di una splendida gattina.
  Il posto è stupendo,molto selvaggio,immerso nel parco naturale di Porto Ferro

  La Sardegna è una terra magica,unica nel suo genere che offre davvero tantissimo...
  Dai paesaggi mozzafiato ai reperti storici di epoca nuragica datati circa 4000 anni fa.
  Un mare stupendo,clima mite,aria buona...vita semplice e sana!!!
  Condividerò con voi questo luogo, la mia esperienza e il mio percorso, sperando possa esservi d'aiuto.
  Qui attorno inoltre abitano molte altre persone che hanno fatto scelte simili prima di me e che sarò lieto di farvi conoscere.

  I lavori saranno vari e dipenderanno molto anche dalle stagioni.
  Lavoreremo insieme e ci prenderemo cura dell'orto,del frutteto e dell'oliveto.
  Potrete anche aiutarmi a costruire,cimentarvi nella realizzazione di muri a secco e di strutture con principi di bioedilizia.
  Pulizia della macchia mediterranea e creazione di nuovi spazi per scopi differenti.

  L'ospitalità sarà in tenda fornita da me completa di materasso..e tutti i pasti saranno condivisi.
  Per il bagno avrete una compost toilet privata mentre la doccia è comune,esterna fredda o interna scaldata a legna.

  In your free time you can enjoy the tranquility of the place, the sea (reachable on foot or by bicycle) or go to the city by bus which leaves not far from here.
  Go hiking, diving, cultural trips and more.
  
  Nel tempo libero potrete godervi la tranquillità del luogo,il mare (raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta) o andare in città con l'autobus che parte poco distante da qui.
  Fare escursioni di trekking,diving,gite culturali e quant'altro.
