  We are a dairy farm in the south of Ireland, we calve our cows in the spring and they graze grass most days . My wife is a veterinary surgeon and works with the Department of Agriculture.
  We have dairy cows, 5 horses( for leisure) , 3 dogs and a cat.
  We work hard on the farm but like our time off as well.
  There is a bus route near us that runs very regularly to Cork city 15km away.

  We offer an opportunity to experience Dairy farming in Ireland, milking cows ,feeding calves and many other tasks associated with cows and calves . We also have 3 riding horses, a 2year old a yearling and another on the way, we also have 3 dogs
  Our location is close to the city and the coast is only 9km away.
  You can choose to live in house or in another house on the farm, whatever suits , we're fairly flexible. If you choose to stay and cook for yourself in the other house we will provide extra money for food

  Arbeit

  We are looking for someone to assist with calf rearing, if a person so wishes they can ride the horses , we have our own sand arena.
