A local run surf school with a beautiful surf villa next to the river in Sri Lanka. We do surf lessons room and surf packages. We hold weekly beach cleans and have other exciting projects ongoing as well.

In exchange for your services we will offer you a bed, 2 meals a day and use of the surfboards. You can learn to surf with our experienced surf instructors (surf lessons are not included in the exchange, however we will offer a discounted rate).
You will also get the chance to work alongside our friendly and fun local staff as well as mixing with our guests from all over the world.
We need someone, could be a couple or 2 friends (willing to share a room as we have one room only) or a single person to help run our surf villa. WE NEED PEOPLE TO HELP ASAP - IF YOU ARE IN SRI LANKA NOW AND AVAILABLE PLEASE GET IN TOUCH - WE WOULD LOVE TO HOST YOU.
We are looking for people with the following skills or experience, not all are a necessity but skills in the following would be great:
Surf Experience
ISA Surf certified
Instagram and social media experience
Photographers
Artists
Hospitality experience
Good communication skills
Likes to meet and engage with people from different backgrounds.
Duties will include:
Being available and present at the Villa from 8-11am for our guests to talk to if they have any questions or concerns.
Communicating with staff the daily bookings - rooms and surf lessons.
Preparing bills
Answering queries on the business whatsapp
Posting and commenting on Instagram
Talking to customers at the surf school, helping to create a vibe there.
Englisch: Fließend
Private room in an apartment a short walk from the Villa, there is a kitchen and living room and wifi available.
We will include 2 meals a day - breakfast with guests at the Villa, lunch with our staff. To replace the 3rd meal we will allow free use of the surfboards at the beach. There are lots of options for dinners in restaurants in Weligama and supermarkets you can buy your evening meal from. You have full use of the kitchen at the apartment.
Weligama is a great base in Sri Lanka. There is lots to explore along the south coast that is all accessible from weligama. You will have afternoons off to explore as you wish.
