    Beschreibung

I am twenty six 27 years old Tanzanian guy who was born and studied in one of the very poor community where kids, youths and women are definitely struggling to build their better life situation.

Since I have registered a non profit organization whereby now we are running different projects for the purposes of helping different communities including my community through better and quality education as I believe that better education equals better future.

I opened a children school where children are attending daily lessons to get better education and we there is madams who are also not well professionally but at least they are helping these kids from poor families and communities.

We are located in Arusha district at Sokoni one Ward and it's just ten minutes from the City Center of Arusha and 45 minutes to Kilimanjaro Airport.

    PROJECTS

    ON GOING PROGRAMS

    1. CHILDREN SCHOOL AND CHILDCARE

We run a children school where kids are getting daily lesson from 08:00am to 03:00pm from Monday to Friday. Our kids are aged from two years to six years old where they are taught by using Swahili and Basic English Language by our madams and teachers. At school we have two main programs Teaching and Childcare where everyone with a heart to help can participate

    2. SPORT AND TOURNAMENT PROGRAM

In 2023 we have launched our football tournament called CHARITY CUP which aims to introduce young players, local teams and academies to the big Teams and Clubs in Tanzania for the aims of helping them reach their dreams. The tournament is held once a year on June when most of school in holiday

    3. ECO FARMING

After opening the school than now can give the chance to more than one hundred children from poor families in Arusha. We have launched an eco farming project because at school the food for the children became a new challenge and we need to work on it. We therefore started an eco farm where for the moment we cultivate maize and beans which helps to get the food for the children. Also through this project we educate local farms in Arusha on how the hey can do a proper farming for their farmers.

    4. YOUTH HUB

This is new program which takes place inside our children school — a peaceful and open space with classrooms that are usually unused during evenings and weekends. Seeing this opportunity, we launched a community-based program to support youth from the surrounding area, especially those who didn’t have the chance to attend school.

Here, young people gather to learn, share, create, and grow. We offer free activities such as language classes, computer training, dance, games, workshops, and creative performances — all designed to help them build skills, connect with others, and work toward better futures.

Join us in this open, welcoming environment where young people feel safe to dream, learn, and connect — and where your contribution truly matters.

We believe in team work, therefore me and my team who are operating these programs together with Children, Youths and Women will be more than happy to welcome and host people from different countries in the world and share with us their experiences.

Volunteering in livestock programs in Arusha offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with local farmers and pastoralist communities while contributing to sustainable agriculture and food security. Livestock—including cattle, goats, sheep, and donkeys—play a central role in rural Tanzanian livelihoods, providing meat, milk, labor, and income. As a volunteer, you may support daily animal care, assist with health checks, improve feeding practices, or share knowledge on sustainable farming methods. In return, you’ll gain firsthand experience of traditional livestock-keeping techniques, local culture, and the vital connection between animals and community well-being. This exchange fosters not only improved agricultural outcomes but also lasting relationships and mutual learning between cultures, helping build a more resilient and self-sufficient future for the communities you serve.
