I run a small tourism business on PEI (bicycle, kayak, canoe and paddleboard rental) with a very short tourism season and I also have 2 cottages on an online rental site, therefore my summers are spent working, working working. I always need help around the home, cooking, helping clean rooms, cutting grass, helping in garden, tree trimming, working on turning small barn into hostel
Having a drivers license is a really important asset living with me, as I am out in the country and I will let you use my car (you put in the gas, if you are doing your own thing). I can let you use a bicycle or electric scooter too. The closest village is only 1.5km away an easy 15 minute walk, however I have had some workaways that want to see other things and I encourage them to explore but do not have the time to be a tour guide.
I would love workawayers who enjoy cooking as I will not cook for you daily (we can all take turns cooking breakfasts and suppers)
I would love help with Grass cutting, help on vegatable garden and 2 rental properties which are rented weekly from July to September. I have also have lots of projects on the go, and love the help. I also love people staying with me who love to cook as I have very busy days. I live in the country and be prepared for country living.. Travel is my drug of choice from December to May and I love meeting other traverlers.
Painting in my home may be needed
I live near a beautiful fishing harbour and can accommodate people (or couples in my home (you have your own room) or if available can house you in one of the two properties.
I have so many projects from cleaning out an empty shed small barn, to grass cutting, small fix ups jobs.
Bicycles are yours to use while staying and I have kayaks and canoes that you can use when they are available.

Travellers will get to live in a fishing village, small town peace and quiet, lots of nature. They will get to interact with animals ( I have chickens). They will have lots of time to READ or WRITE (as I do not have a TV, I do however have WIFI).
I usually take my workers to the local WINGNIGHT at the only restaurant/pub in town so they can meet the locals.
