Welcome to our family with our 2 childrens now adult
We try to live a healthy, self-sufficient and green life in the countryside with sheep, chickens and ducks.
We have an ecological building materials store at home. We know a lot about it and we're always at home.
We try to be self-sufficient in sheep, duck and chicken meat, as well as vegetables. We bake our own bread in a wood-fired oven. We enjoy baking and cooking.
Last year, we started a new activity with an Astrié mill. We produce flour for ourselves and for a few local stores. The cereals come from local organic farms.
We love working, but we also have a real sense of humor!
This spring, we'll be mowing the meadow (we'll teach you how), gardening, making a table/hut and fences, milling and bagging.
We're preparing to change our lives and perhaps become nomads, and we really need to improve our English.
You'll be working most of the time with me, Sophie and Danao.
You'll really be able to improve your French here, as I used to teach my 4 children.
You'll also be able to cook, knit, play music, go for walks, learn to swing and find springs.
We love the cinema and watch a film every day.
We are close to Ghent and Brussels by train.
We can pick you up near Flobecq.
There are lots of walks to do.
The house is pleasant, the landscape magnificent... !Tipos de ayuda y oportunidades de aprendizaje

I am motivated to help you learn French. I was my children's teacher for 10 years and I know the basics of French grammar well. It sounds boring like that but I love learning through games!Alojamiento

Like us, she loves working in nature. She's curious, observant, very open-minded, a quick learner and easygoing person ... and what's more, she loves washing up!
We talked a lot about life in South Africa and Europe and it was very enriching.
Welcome when ever in our family !
