Nice clean room that's a 15-minute walk into town, and bus stops 5 mins away.
Sanding and painting the wooden house from a ladder. Ideally someone with experience.
Shut your eyes imagine you're at the top of a 2m ladder holding a paint bucket and painting with the other hand....for 4 hours, each day. Up and down that ladder moving that ladder, for some, it's a relaxing repetitive task, for others, it's a horrible task and therefore they go very slowly because they wish they had never accepted the job. If you identify as the latter, do not apply, please :)
If you're under 25 with zero experience and zero motivation don't apply either. Getting tired of freeloaders not doing a fair 4 hours per day.

We are a small family with an eight-year-old son. My wife works as a practice manager from home and I'm a gallery technician. The property is a 15-minute walk to the CBD but close to the hills for nice walks. The room is cosy and warm. The house is on a residential street that backs onto a river. We also have a pool!

We speak English, go for walks and MTB rides. We are a 15 min walk from the CBD and a bus stop is 5 mins walk.
Flexi working hours are an option. We want 4 hours of conscientious work each day or 20 hours per week (max of 8 hours per day) Notice we are not asking for 5 hours per day :)
If we see a terrible drop in productivity over more than 2 days you will be given a day's notice to leave irrelevant to what we have previously agreed.
Apart from that it's a nice house close to everything.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to spend too much time with Rueben, Sarah and Zander as I was housesitting when they were away.
From the short time that we spent together I can just say that they are amazing people, they made me feel welcome right away and they were so sweet consoling me when my grandpa passed.
