  Hello nomadic travellers of the future, nice to meet you here at our personal Climate Action lifestyle corner we built stone by stone and beam by beam ourself using used local natural materials, recycled and craddle to craddle .
  We welcome creative handy happy hands for serious Climate Action Lifestyle art and synergetic humane communication while brooming, cleaning , painting , gardening and DIY jobs in Facinas (Tarifa).
  Soy Alexander, old school lifehacker born in Antwerp at those times men and women flew men to The Moon and back without internet having everywhere public telephone booths in the streets and the Kabouter ecologic green movement, pre-Rainbow Warrior period, when one and I could listen formal statements on black- white T.V. that by the year 2000 all pollution matters will be solved ! From there i come and my roots.

  Very happy with extra helping hands and privileged to host responsible travellers at our custom build, reformed refuge like an oasis in calm vivid Facinas village, 7km from the Atlantic Ocean.
  In matter of fact this becomes kind of a temple or retreat, we share skills and knowledge to radiate further.
  A modern retreat refuge, from inside under the skin "Jion" and with widening temple ground around.
  Prana Apana. 365 TAO. Trees are birds, birds are trees. Birds droppings reforestate, trees give shelter to birds and us....
  Situated on a beautiful coloured mountain with precious cork trees, rocks and magic.
  My flemish mother/super-catwoman with her +4 super-cats also live here, and they attract more cats and cat friends! Also dog and horse friends welcome!
  
  We put and listen ideas and effort to make our place and around as off grid & Humane as possible.
  
  Keen to invite multi-task assistents with creative sunny spiritful Spirit who can master to work individual and tidy 5 hours a day. Experienced, skilled or novices "keen to learn" with swift hands/hips for general assistance and maintaining jobs in the house and garden. DIY jobs as wood ( repair ) works, painting, etc. and little great projects like passive air solar heater, best natural mosquito traps ....

  We have the whole of our LIFETIME to travel from A to B slowly , slow travel, but only we have ONE planet that we have to care and stop heating up urgently, urgentemente!
  Together we strive for decent multi-city connections and night trains in EU and European continent
  and that is only possible when we all together push/pull create demand for affordable night trains and sustainable transport 24/24 365/365

  We offer genuine Tarifa Hang Loose slow lifestyle at the same time dynamic active.
  
  Summer time work = early in the fresh morning....starting 08.00-13.00h floating hours
  Winter time work = starting 10-1400h +1h floating hours
  
  Suggest Stretch Out "wake up" in the Dojo or on the precious mountain,
  breakfast and then the daily tasks + Street Art creation for the Planet,
  5days a week x 4h to 5h = 20h/25h production depending jobs, weather and Spirits.
  
  This includes: 1 good bed,fresh bedlinnen sheets and covers, towels, hot shower, ...
  Breakfast ( village bakery bread or own baked, oats, coffee/tea/ milk some fruits )
  and one (1) hot continental veggy meal a day
  you can cook or we cook for you in our shared kitchen.
  Workawayers can also choose to prepare meals at their quarters when they wish ,
  we have a second little fully equipped kitchen
  Workawayers are friendly asked to contribute for extra meals and 2nd meal
  we can do 1/2 pension but we do not do full pension.
  Pastas, cheeses , tahini , nuts, sweeties, yoghurts, chocolate etc.,... we invite workawayers to buy theirselves. We do not want any money in exchange but like workawayers do theirselves the shopping as eco friendly and plastic less zero waste as possible. Hard thing still in 2025! Nearly impossible ! S.F. but together we create demand and Climate Action Lifestyle
  Bringing in or create tasty gems for the house is appreciated like mermelade making or baking.
  Let's create Climate Action food demand here again !
  
  We speak about food and workschedule when, what, who etc does and cooks.
  
  There is a small local very fine food grocery shop at the opposite of the house, one of 3 village bakeries at 100m and market at 150m for Workawayer guests who like and wish extra food and fruits, vegetables , salads, special cheeses , chocolates, biscuits etc they can buy and pay theirselves please .
  Algeciras, Barbate, Chiclana and Cadiz have fantastic coloured open public markets ....vegetables, fruits, fish,walnuts, spices etc...where best of best from Andalucia can be found . An early busdrive is all you need to go shopping, we can do together or individual and make a mini touristic tour of that.
  
  Please do not bring plastics inside. Plastics have to stay out. Less is much better.

  Farmhouse at the entrance of quiet Facinas overlooking La Janda valley with Andalucian fields and natural park at the door, 7 km from the Atlantic Ocean and pristine Bolonia beaches.
  
  We make effort to tune up with guests' special diets like no gluten, veggy, kosher, ayurvedic etc.... BUT we cannot buy nor go shopping exclusively for them. So please compromise or find your ways yourself for special diets.
  We eat 99% no meat .
  Sometimes when weather is cold a dish with chorizo we can do and do.
  Fresh fish depends who catches and a bit of chicken we eat.

  Post office services, Bank, some bars, 3x restaurants, pharmacy, medical care, bus connections, super grocery shop in front of the house, Flamenco dance class group, natural fresh water spring at 150m, Gym, 25m swimmingpool in summer, 3x bakery, hardware store etc ...
  and even a disco! open once in a while . The spanish do have lots of "Fiestas"
  
  NOTE
  COVID-19 safety rules must be followed. Better safe then sorry !
  
  When you have allergies or any Medical issues like Diabetes, Atlethe's foot always use socks/ zoris and please communicate this matters with us.
  
  Please no drugs nor alcohol misuse.
  Please no all night long + rave party in Tarifa City addicts during weekdays without communication.
  Weekend Warriors please let us know your plans please. This is not an Hostel nor Hotel.
  
  We keep the place as tidy as tidy can be , mostly shoes out and daily brooming and sweeping..
  Always good to make schedules and planning before.
  
  NO Smoking inside.
  Persons who smoke.... try to smoke as less as possible, please.
  Smoking (during the morning and daytime ) drains all good Energies and Spirits away.
  IT makes the team slow
  
  Take always extra care for fire.
  
  The dry bushes and fields around in nature together with the famous Levante wind does not forgive .
  
  About mobile phones, "smart"telephones, pads, computers and more electronics ...
  invasive machines with microchips connected to sattelites we know they came to exist from somewhere not so long ago and have a lot of practical advantages .....but not always.
  We strongly wish and do put accent on electronic devices with G4 G5 satellite/ cell tower radiation stay out and are kept,stored in Workawayer's private spaces and at all times out the main building where we radiate synergetic creative living .
  Please make all chats, whatsapp, callings and WIFI computer connection sessions in the sheltered entrance patio OR in the workshop/atelier studio . Thank you !
  It is utterly difficult to impossible to harmonize with persons who move around during the daily tasks with ear devices continuous inverted communicating with the somewhere online ....or have those device always with them in one hand or next to the body at the table, sink or cooking stove. We ask , p l e a s e , to keep them at all times out the shared kitchen, living serene spaces, DOJO and reading cozy corner
  It is all about keeping natural serenity and be-in-contact in the present with other members and one-self.
  When somebody needs and wants to use internet connection for professional must we can arrange time and space in our coworking office . Remember this place is a slow life retreat where we love action, fine talkings and silence.
  Important Note:
  Never let the electric feeding cable plugged in without the electronic device after loading/filled those Earth polluant mining and collective hungry electric power overconsuming Lithium batteries to avoid FIRE.
  Also they can explode when leaving in the Sun . Take care please!

  From the farmhouse (ranchito) there are few busconnections available in the morning and more busconnections on the mainroad CN340 (2km), we always can bring/take you to/from the main bus station in Tarifa or marinas when you come with a sailboat.
