Beschreibung
Hello! We are Judit and Roger from Barcelona. We opened the hostel in 2019 in a small and beautiful village called Port Barton, Palawan, Philippines. Port Barton is a charming coastal village with two main streets and a beautiful beach, where everyone knows each other. The town exudes a special charm that makes travelers feel welcome and often leads them to extend their stay.
What we will need from January 2024:
- EXCEL SPECIALIST : We are looking for someone with advanced Excel skills to spearhead improvements in our internal accounting system. Strong experience with advanced functions and formulas is required, along with the ability to propose innovative solutions to optimize accounting processes.
- WEB DEVELOPER: We're seeking a web developer to enhance and refine our online platform. We're looking for experts who can elevate the quality and efficiency of our site, as well as integrate a payment system to facilitate secure and seamless transactions.
- BAR STRATEGY DEVELOPER: We're seeking an expert in hospitality to assist us in devising a strategy to enhance the performance of our hostel's bar.
- PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER: Help us to update our photos from our reservation websites and social media.
- COMMUNITY MANAGER: Help us to manage our company’s social media as Facebook and Instagram. We need a person responsible for creating a community around the value that our business offers.
- EVENT PLANNER/ FACILITATOR: we need a super friendly person who help us creating good vibes at the hostel. We are looking for a person cretative, dynamic, outgoing who likes hanging out and partying. We would like that person organize activities for our guests and be able to make people know each other and create a group to share experiences. We're seeking someone incredibly outgoing and lively!
- PARTY ANIMAL: We're on the lookout for a party enthusiast to join our team, making each night unforgettable for our guests. If you love dancing, playing, and creating a vibrant atmosphere, you're the person we're looking for! 🎉
- DJ: We're on the lookout for a party-starting DJ to spin some tunes and bring the good vibes to our common area during happy hour! 🎶🕺

You will live for a while surrounded by paradisiacal beaches in a small town where everyone knows each other. You will meet people from all over the world with very interesting stories and you will be able to practice languages with them. You will work hand in hand with a team of amazing local people.

We are looking for different profiles. This can be interesting for us:
- PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER: Help us to update our photos from our reservation websites and social media.
- COMMUNITY MANAGER: Help us to manage our company’s social media as Facebook and Instagram. We need a person responsible for creating a community around the value that our business offers.
- EVENT PLANER/ FACILITATOR: we need a super friendly person who help us creating good vibes at the hostel. We are looking for a person cretative, dinamic, outgoing who likes hanging out and partying. We would like that person organize activities for our guests and be able to make people know each other and create a group to share experiences.
It is very important to be friendly and sociable with customers and give recommendations about things to do here.

Depend of the season could be a single bed in the main dorm in the hostel or a sharing a little cabin with the staff.
You are able to use our kitchen. The breakfast is included.

I stayed there for two weeks and I was enjoying Port Barton that it's a really beautiful and local place with a lot of things to do!
