We want to give you the chance to meet people from different backgrounds and learn languages you’ve never heard before, and to share a meal with people you never would have met from countries all over the world. It’s about bringing together a group of people who shares only one thing in common: a desire to see the world.
Our guesthouse is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Australia. We are minutes from beaches, pristine creeks, rainforest and UNESCO World Heritage listed areas. The guesthouse is a scenic riverfront building with a spectacular view.
We offer an authentic Australian, country town experience. A way to really experience our Australian culture and way of living.
Our relaxed and peaceful guesthouse prides itself on fantastic service and friendly and authentic staff. Our guests are from Australia and from all over the world.

Bellingen is a wonderful town to come for a cultural exchange. Our stay allows travellers to experience life in a small, friendly, country town first hand. You can learn about our local wildlife species, environment and indigenous culture. We in turn greatly enjoy learning from you about your culture, your home country and sharing our stories about our love of travel.

We are located in the picturesque town of Bellingen in northern NSW. Our guesthouse overlooks the Bellinger River and is moments from wonderful cafes and quaint shops. We are half an hour from UNESCO-listed Dorrigo National Park and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Coffs Coast.
Our 10-room guesthouse is situated in a character-filled, three-story, freshly painted weatherboard building and has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The position is paid and requires you to help 2 hours per day with house cleaning. The pay is $25 per hour.

We have an abundance of swimming spots in and around the town, from rivers to waterfalls to the ocean and back.
There is heaps to do in and around Bellingen. The town is a wonderful balance of people from all walks of life. There is amazing nature in one of the last Gondwana forests in the world (a protected world heritage site), which we are on the doorstep of.
You can tube down the river, or just sit and be in Bellingen.
Our guesthouse is located moments from swimming in the river, wonderful cafes and quaint shops.
If you have yoga teaching skills our guests love to join you for a morning session :)

Staying at the this place was an amazing opportunity! It's in such a beautiful locations with an abundance of wildlife all around. The staff were all super lovely and easy to talk to and the other workawayers were lovely, we made some great friends! The workload is fair and totally worth it to get to stay in such a wonderful place.

My best experience ever! Lareena & Rowan are just wonderful people, and Bellingen is magic! The guesthouse has a fantastic atmosphere; you feel very good there, like at home. This place attracts wonderful guests too, who are now my friends.

I was in this amazing hostel for almost two weeks. The experience was totally positive. You will be asked to work 2h per day in the morning (from 10 to 12 am) or as a night reference person for the guests of the hostel, depending on the roaster. Thank you for this lovely intership in your hostel ! The managers are so cool and friendly! Bellingen is a nice village and the place is very peaceful and quiet place. I really enjoyed this experience! I’ve learnt a lot thanks to them, they gave me responsibilities as night manager and also cleaner and it makes me grow ! Thank you for everything:)

Gaelig and Jennifer are awesome :) They are incredibly switched on with a positive attitude to their work. We have had quite a few good volunteers, but very few are as good as these guys. So very appreciative, everything flowed so much smoother while they were here:)
