Dear Workawayers,
My name is 'Champ' (that's really my name) I just came back to Thailand at the beginning of 2023 after having been worked abroad for quite a few years in different hotel properties in Mexico, US and Japan. My main motivation of coming back to Thailand is to turn around my family hotel business which has been running for almost 20 years but it is right now at the very turning point of the business as the hotel industry has been highly affected by the pandemic situation and still got some consequences from the changing behavior of customers in the post-pandemic period.
We are seeking for help especially from people with specific set of skills who come from different parts of the world to help us revitalize our family hotel business so that it could survive as a local business that support people in the community.
I have an opportunity to travel to different countries in the world since I was 18 year old through Workaway program and made so many memorable stories along the way. I fully understand how important it is to become a global citizen in the world we are living right now. Cultural understanding and the ability to adapt yourself in the new environment are super important nowadays and that is why I am still here both as a HOST and also as a WORKAWAYER.
I am looking for the person with the same kind of mentality, the people who really wants to immerse themselves in the new culture, learning new language, and put your best effort&expertise in making a difference to this dream project!

Areas that need help for 2023 projects!
DESIGN > landscape design, space design, interior design, or graphic design (if you have worked as an architect or designer before, please don't hesitate to contact us)
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, KOL/INFLUENCER > making promotional video, footage, travel blogger or vlogger, Youtuber, video editing skill, and photographer who could make a great photoshoot for our rooms and public spaces
ONLINE MARKETING > WEB DESIGNER, GRAPHIC DESIGNER, FB Ads specialist, Social Media Marketing specialist (FB/Tiktok/Instagram)
MUSICIAN > Guitarist who can play acoustic pop, folk, or classic (and maybe don't mind learning some Thai pop musics). If you travel with your partner or friend who could sing along for our live music session in the bar that would also be amazing (Please share with us some of your youtube cover videos or previous performances)

Accommodation: private room for solo workawayer or couple
Food: We have kitchen available for Workawayers to use but we do not provide meals. However, there are five convenient stores in the area (7-11, Tesco, Big C) and local restaurants in a walking distance which could cost less than two US dollars per meal.
We offer you a free transportation from Bangkok to the resort and also my parents always travel between these two provinces, so you can definitely come back to Bangkok for your days off (if you want)

We kindly ask you to help us 5 days a week (two days off are very flexible so you can just let us know when you would like to have days off during the week)
On your days off, you can spend your time chilling at the resort, reading, sunbathing, swimming in the river or going to visit other tourist spots in the province. PLUS!! we have motorbike for rent at the resort with 50% discount price for volunteers, so you can design your program on your day off and explore around the beautiful town. You can also come back to Bangkok with my parents for shopping, visiting a capital city and free accommodation in Bangkok is also available on your days off :)
