Hi! My name is Nicola, and I’m an Italian student with a deep passion for travel, cultural exchange, and making a positive difference in the world.
For me, traveling is more than discovering new places, it’s about connecting with people, embracing diverse cultures, and contributing meaningfully to the communities I encounter. I have a strong sense of social justice and am deeply motivated to help others wherever I go.
Through my previous volunteering experiences, I’ve developed adaptability, empathy, and a proactive mindset. I genuinely enjoy being part of projects that foster collaboration and create a lasting impact, whether it’s lending a helping hand, learning new skills, or sharing knowledge.

From cooking and bartending to gardening, cleaning, and small repairs, we are experienced in maintaining and improving spaces. We’re also skilled in hosting guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable, and have strong communication abilities that make collaboration seamless. With fluency in Spanish, Chinese, and English, we can connect with people from diverse backgrounds and contribute to a positive and productive environment.

I worked for five years with NGOs focused on migrant support, anti-mafia initiatives, and the social reuse of confiscated assets. This experience allowed me to develop all the skills mentioned above, while also teaching me how to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures effectively.
