I am taking time away from my current job to travel, explore different cultures and meet like mindrd people.

I have previously spent time WWOOFing (an experience similar to work away but solely for farms) and absolutely loved it. I like how volunteering allows you to stay in one place for a time and really get to know the people and explore the area.

I am particularly keen on projects around food growing, agriculture, and ecotourism but am interested in all types of projects.

I have a Certificate in first aid.
I have experience building dry stone walls and fencing.
I have worked as a learning support for children with learning disabilities.
Although not through work away I have previously volunteered abroad in India and Vietnam teaching English and working with people with disabilities and mental illness.
