Hello!
My name is Alexandra, I’m a 27-year-old French traveler currently exploring New Zealand on a working holiday visa. I’m traveling with my own car, which makes me flexible and happy to move around to different parts of the country.
After working as a legal professional in France, I’ve decided to take a break to reconnect with nature, learn practical skills, and discover different ways of living. I’m eager to step out of my comfort zone and get involved in meaningful projects — especially those that are close to the land and to animals.
I'm particularly interested in:
Gardening, landscaping, or helping on farms
Manual or outdoor work (painting, basic maintenance, DIY, etc.)
Looking after animals (pets, farm animals, or wildlife)
Helping with eco-projects or sustainable living
Assisting with house projects or organizing spaces
I’m friendly, reliable, and open-minded. I enjoy working with my hands, being outdoors, and learning new things. I may not be fluent in English yet, but I’m enthusiastic about improving it and always communicate with a smile!
I also love reading, being around animals, and spending quiet moments in nature. Whether you need an extra pair of hands, someone to keep your animals company, or help with a project, I’ll do my best to contribute with care and motivation.

I’m a curious, adaptable, and motivated person. While my background is in law, I truly enjoy learning through hands-on experiences, especially when it comes to nature, manual work, and meaningful exchanges.
I’m not afraid of getting my hands dirty and have already helped with tasks such as gardening, weeding, painting, cleaning, organizing spaces, and small DIY projects. I’m a quick learner, detail-oriented, and take care to do things properly. I’m also reliable and hardworking — once I commit to something, I give it my best, always with a positive attitude.
I love being around animals and have experience caring for dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, and giving them attention and affection. I’d be happy to help with any animal care you may need.
I also feel comfortable with general household tasks, cooking and supporting hosts with day-to-day routines. I’m calm, friendly, patient, and always open to discovering new ways of doing things.
