Hi! We are Martijn & Melissa - a Dutch couple who (obviously, here on workaway) love travelling!
We have just come back to Europe after spending 2 years in and around Australia, and are very excited to now spend our time exploring more of Europe. We are looking forward to keep meeting wonderful people and learn more about the communities on our own continent. Besides that, we're both keen on photographing and occasionally do this professionally (that is, when we manage to stay in one place long enough!)
We can't wait to connect!

Que habilidades tienes?

We are both very enthusiastic and hardworking people. We're eager to learn and very social.
Most of our experience lies in hospitality, Martijn has experience at a go-karting where he also handled the bar and kitchen. Melissa has experience as a barista and in a shop. We worked together in an Outback Roadhouse in Australia, where we had barista and kitchen duties (among other duties). We've also partaken in a barista course while in Australia.
Besides this, Martijn is a social worker and Melissa has retail experience. We've both worked on farms as well. We're also able to do smaller DIY projects but have no experience (yet!) in the bigger ones. We are always happy to learn and to try!

We love hiking and nature! We're looking into doing some multi-day hikes.
We also love a lot of 'cozy' hobbies. Reading, board games, nintendo switch..
We are also big on coffee and love learning more about it. Nothing beats that first sip in the morning sun!
