Artist, builder, analog nomad, yoga teacher, personal trainer, craftsman, Jack of all trades and even a master of few. These are just some of the labels attached to my current earthly being, by others mostly, and I'm not opposed to them colouring my persona.
I worked as a machine mechanic for almost 17 years, so working with my hands is what I do, and Love to do. Also I carry a lot of knowledge about healthy eating(i've studied and expiremented different "diets" from raw vegan to ketogenic), fitness(all kinds of movement related stuff), crafts/tinkering , building & fixing stuff and life in general. Really into movement, yoga, dancing, calisthenics & lifting weights. I cook my own meals everyday, so I know a bit of that too.
I have also remodeled(not alone) my house in Finland, it was built in 1953 so there was a little something that needed to be done :P So I can also help in building, gardening, maintenance, etc.
In my travels and living 3,5 years in the US I specialized in improvised building with repurposed materials.
I'm a fast learner if the subject is dear to my heart. Very open-minded, I don't smoke, very rarely drink alcohol, I'm sworn tree(I tend to climb on them too :) ) & nature lover & conscious omnivore.
Ohh yeah, I'm 46 now(you wouldn't think that), but I have grown to have a child like interest and curiosity to the world and different kind of people and cultures.
As an artist I specialize at creating sculptures out of tires, but do all kinds of repurposed art. You can see them on my artist page on IG tiregeni3

Yoga teacher since 2017, on and off.
Machine mechanic was my profession before I quit my job to travel, and i owned an old house that I remodeled pretty much everything diy style.
So i'm very handy all around.
I've specialiced in making practical artsy things out of repurposed materials.
I've 'cooked' healthy foods for myself for years.
I lift weights, practice yoga, meditation, calisthenics etc.
Also I do a bit of tinkering/crafting every now and then(jewelry and stuff like that).
I've pretty good with computers too, i've put together my own computers back in Finland.

I spent four days in the beautiful Silvania being part of a big Colombian family. We enjoyed typical Colombian foods and played Tejo. My tasks were gardening and helping to put up rain cover for a tent. Thank you so much for this experience!

It was really nice to share time with Ari. He as a volunteer is very effective, easygoing, independent and committed. He shared also his knowledge and experience in Yoga with us and other volunteers, which was really appreciated. We spent more than 3 month with him, and we would recommend to have him as a volunteer.

Rebekah & family! :heart: what a lovely bunch of characters(In the best way possible)! I spent two-three weeks in Naples, and I am definitely coming back to see the other places as well! I spent nearly two months and it was wonderful. What a little piece of heaven Anna has built there! I cared for the horses, did gardening and landscaping and all kinds of stuff. I learnt alot and I'm sure i will be back there someday. Thank you!
