  Hi !
  
  I'm Ubik, and I am putting together a small scale eco-social collective living space at my place. As I welcome help maintaining a permaculture garden, creating eco-sanitaries, an external kitchen and two small eco-house built of hemp, chalk and dirt, I wish to welcome you :) The house attaining is full of plants who need care, and is ready to welcome art projects of all sorts (so is the garden).
  
  During your stay I will provide ; food - no duh' - mostly vegan that I or we will cook if I work late, a warm shelter ; and a time during which you can learn. I know many things about many topics that include eco-construction, house plants, wood working and food cultivating, but I am also a musician and juggler - I can teach you about all of this in sharing moments if you wish. Also, I'll organise a jam session on most weekends, so feel free to bring your instruments !

  I can offer a stay right next to Brussels, which includes many music places, museums, bars, ... It is a city of many cultural interests, and there are many things to visit inside it and beyond - parcs, small woods... Besides, because of my job I know Belgium quite well and I can be your guide to various areas of the country, as well a teaching you skills in fields such as

  - planting, watering, cutting and cleaning in the garden
  - planting, watering, cutting and cleaning house plants
  - developing art projects of all sorts together
  - be a helping hand in creating various furniture
  - cooking from time to time
  - constructing two eco-house made of hemp, chalk and dirt (no skill needed, just your hands)
  
  At the moment, we will focus on the building the kerterres :
  
  - putting up walls
  - creating wood pieces for the doors and windows
  - creating a chemney

  I speak English and French fluently, and I am interested in learning most languages ! I study anthropology as one of my passions, and understanding another one's culture also asks to understand another one's language... So feel free to come and share : as long as you speak English or French as one of your language or wish to learn about it, we will get along :)

  Alojamiento

  You will have access to a bed in a private room or a small eco-house, to a pretty well equipped kitchen and a hot shower. You will have enough space to chill outside your room, and I'm more than happy than sharing my lifespace with you. Food here is vegan, but you're welcome to fill the fridge with your own food. I cook most of the times, but I also have a part-time job and many, many projects and relationships I care deeply about. So, sometimes I'll let you do it ! I do provide the ingredients for whatever (vegan, the rest is on you) you'd cook anyway :)

  The place is easily accessible by train and bus, and so is Brussels from there (10 minutes by train, 25 minutes by bus. You can enjoy walks near the canal or in the close fields and woods. The village next to my place isn't all that, but it has its charms and features a small castle and various accommodations !

  If you have the need to work from home on your digital projects, feel free to crash on a desk : you'll have a quiet space if you ask for it. The internet connection works fine, and if cuts happen - rarely - it is mostly late at night.

  Campers of most size can be welcome in front of my house, or on the unused parking lot next to it.
