  I live in a large house in the countryside between Munich and Augsburg, surrounded by beautiful nature.
  
  My two children moved out last year, so there's plenty of space in the house, but also a lot of work.
  
  I'm looking for a woman to help me with dog walking, housework, and gardening, and who would enjoy cooking a meal every day.
  
  My dog ​​loves to run and enjoys being played with and cuddled.
  
  You would have your own large room, a private bathroom (which you would only rarely have to share with my children), and a bicycle to use.
  
  There's a bus connection to Mammendorf train station, from where you can take the S-Bahn/train to Munich or Augsburg. I'd also be happy to drive you to the station.
  
  The train takes you to Munich Central Station in 20 minutes.
  
  Our village is situated in beautiful countryside but doesn't offer much else. There aren't any shops either.
  
  We often drive together to go shopping, to the cinema, or on day trips.
  
  ... I work 30 hours a week, partly from home (all day Monday, otherwise until 1 p.m.).

  Ich wohne in einem großen Haus auf dem Land zwischen München und Augsburg von traumhafter Natur umgeben.
  Meine beiden Kinder sind letztes Jahr ausgezogen und somit ist viel freier Platz im Haus, aber auch viel Arbeit.
  Ich suche eine weibliche Person , die mich mit Hundespaziergängen, Haus- und Gartenarbeit unterstützt und gern eine Mahlzeit täglich kocht.
  Mein Hund ist sehr lauffreudig, und liebt Beschäftigung und kuscheln.
  Du hast ein eigenes großes Zimmer, ein eigenes Bad ( welches du nur selten mit meinen Kindern teilen müsstest), bekommst ein Fahrrad zu Verfügung.
  Es gibt hier eine Busverbindung zum Bahnhof Mammendorf, von wo du mit S-Bahn/ Zug nach München oder Augsburg fahren kannst.gern fahre ich dich auch zum Bahnhof.
  Mit Zug fährst du in 20 Minuten zum Münchner Hauptbahnhof.
  Unser Dorf liegt in wunderschöner Natur, hat aber weiter nichts zu bieten. Auch keine Geschäfte.
  Gern fahren wir gemeinsam mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen oder auch ins Kino oder unternehmen Ausflüge.
  
  Ich arbeite 30 Std die Woche, zum Teil in Homeoffice ( montags ganztags, sonst bis 13 Uhr).

  In the mornings, you can enjoy the beautiful countryside for 1.5 to 2 hours with our easy-going mixed-breed dog (Bobtail, Border Collie, Schnauzer, and Samoyed). She loves to run, play, and cuddle. After feeding her, you're welcome to feed our two Maine Coons, Timmi and Dumbo. Afterwards, cleaning the house, especially vacuuming, would be appreciated, as the animals bring in a lot of dirt. And to finish your day, you can prepare lunch for the two of us.
  
  Instead of housework, you might also be asked to do some light gardening, such as mowing the lawn, weeding, sweeping the driveway, stacking firewood, etc.
  
  Weekends and afternoons are free.
  
  Housework can also be done in the afternoons, by arrangement.
  
  We enjoy going for walks, outings, and to the cinema together. Bicycles are available.

  In der früh genießt du für 1,5 - 2 Std. die wunderschöne Natur zusammen mit unserer unproblematischen Mischlingshündin (Bobtail, Boarder, Schnauzer - Samojede). Sie ist sehr lauffreudig, liebt Beschäftigung und kuscheln.Nachdem du ihr zu fressen gegeben hast, darfst du gern die beiden Main Coons Timmi und Dumbo füttern. Danach wäre Haus putzen, vor allem Staubsaugen schön, da die Tiere viel Dreck hereinbringen. Und zum Abschluss deiner täglichen Arbeiten darfst du ein Mittagessen für uns 2 zubereiten.
  Statt der Hausarbeit kann auch einmal leichte Gartenarbeit anfallen wie Rasenmähen, Unkraut entfernen, Hofeinfahrt fegen, Brennholz stapeln etc.
  
  Wochenenden und Nachmittage frei.
  Gern kann auch die Hausarbeit, nach Absprache, nachmittags gemacht werden.
  
  Gern gemeinsame Spaziergänge, Ausflüge, Kino etc.
  Fahrräder sind vorhanden.

  You have a large room and a private bathroom on a separate floor, which used to belong to my children.
  They've moved out and visit occasionally, but rarely. If they were to come, we would only have to share the bathroom.
  We do our grocery shopping together.
  You often eat breakfast alone when I'm working from home, but we can also have it together.

  Du hast ein großes Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad in einer eigenen Etage, welche meinen Kindern gehörte.
  Diese sind ausgezogen und sind hin und wieder, aber selten zu Besuch. Sollten sie einmal da sein, müsste nur das Bad mit Ihnen geteilt werden.
  Lebensmittel kaufen wir gemeinsam ein.
  Dein Frühstück nimmst du häufig allein ein, wenn ich im Home Office bin, gern auch zusammen.
  Mittagessen gemeinsam.

  There's a bus here that goes to Mammendorf, where you can catch a train/S-Bahn to Munich/Augsburg. I'd be happy to take you to or from Mammendorf if the bus isn't running.
  No smoking on the entire property, no visitors allowed.
  I rent a room (2 nights/week) to a nice gentleman who isn't there during the day.
  I'm very nature-loving, not a perfectionist, and spend a lot of time in the garden.
  
  Es gibt hier einen Bus der nach Mammendorf fährt, wo S-Bahn/ Zug nach München/ Augsburg fährt. Gern bringe oder hole ich dich auch nach/ von Mammendorf wenn kein Bus mehr fahren sollte.
  Auf dem gesamten Grundstück Nichtraucher, kein Besuch anderen Leute .
  Ich vermiete ein Zimmer (2 Nächte / Woche) an einen netten Herren, welcher aber tagsüber nicht da ist.
  Ich bin sehr naturverbunden, kein Perfektionist, und viel im Garten
