Descripción
We are located in the heart of Gers in South of France near several picturesque villages surrounded by nature. The farm consists of a refurbished house, where we live, and its outbuildings. We own 90 hectares of woods, meadows, and lavender or aromatics plants fields which offers a stunning view of the Pyrenees. We produce donkey milk for soap and cosmetic uses, as well as lavender, helichrysum, rosemary, mint and many others essential oils… We use an ancestral process for making our soaps and natural candles with essential oils.
Moreover, we won a contest organized by French television called "French’s favourite farm 2021”. Moreover, we have touristic activities (visits, bar, camping, lodge…) and have at least around 6000 visitors per year.
We only accept individuals but not couples, families, friends... And no animals as well! Thank you for your understanding.
Nous sommes située au cœur du Gers dans le Sud de la France, en zone naturelle, dans une petite commune rurale au village pittoresque. La ferme comprend une grange rénovée en habitation et ses dépendances agricoles implantées sur une propriété biologique qui se compose de 90 Ha de bois, prairies et champs de lavande ou plantes aromatiques qui offrent une majestueuse vue sur la chaîne des Pyrénées. Nous produisons du lait d’ânesse bio à usage cosmétique, des huiles essentielles de lavande, romarin, menthe, immortelle, camomille... Nous fabriquons des savons au lait d’ânesse artisanalement par saponification à froid ainsi que des bougies végétales aux huiles essentielles. Dans notre distillerie artisanale, nous produisons des huiles essentielles. Nous sommes les lauréats de "La ferme préférée des français 2021". Nous acceptons que les personnes individuelles mais pas les couples, les familles, les amis, ni les volontaires avec des animaux... Merci pour votre compréhension. -

Hello, we need help from September 1st until the end of November milking the donkeys! It's a maximum of 4 hours a day. You must not be afraid of donkeys, and you must love animals and organic farming. The rest of the time you can enjoy the idyllic setting of the farm voted France's favorite! There's a swimming pool, and accommodation is in a mobile home in the orchard next to the soap factory. You can also learn about the making of soaps and organic essential oils with us. See you soon!
You participation will consist by accompanying us throughout various daily tasks and seasonal activities at the farm:
- Manual weeding
- Harvest of flowers and aromatics plants
- Contribution with distillation (depending on the season) of aromatic plants
- Maintain animal fences, country hedges and forest road
- Possibly help with soap production
Votre participation consistera à nous accompagner au fil des saisons dans les différentes tâches quotidiennes de la ferme :
- désherbage manuel des champs de plantes aromatiques
- récolte des fleurs et des plantes aromatiques
- participation à la distillation (selon la saison) des plantes aromatiques
- entretient des clôtures des animaux, des haies champêtres et des chemins forestiers
- éventuellement aide à la savonnerie -

You will be accommodated in a mobilhome which can host 3 helpers. We have two mobilhomes. We provide food but your meals will be done inside your mobilhome. We met many people during our 2 years trip around the world and we are very happy to now host Workaways from different countries and share our everyday life in our organic farm.
Hébergement dans un mobilhome (chambre) qui peut accueillir 3 personnes chacun. Cuisine et repas dans votre mobilhome Nous avons connu et rencontré de nombreux « workawayers » lors d’un tour du monde de deux ans et demi et nous sommes heureux aujourd'hui d’ouvrir notre ferme biologique à des volontaires de différentes nationalités. -
