Hi, I’m Cristiana, founder of a small family winery in northern Italy.
My story comes from a long family tradition: we have been working the land and producing wine for generations, and today I personally manage several estates across Valpolicella, Lake Garda. Each place has its own identity, but they all share the same philosophy: respect for nature, organic farming, and wines with authenticity and character.

You will learn how we work in organic vineyards and in the cellar, from grape to bottle, across territories like Valpolicella.
We share daily life: meals, wine tastings, and the rhythm of the countryside. This is not tourism, but a genuine experience of Italian culture, wine, and connection with the land.
In exchange, I’m curious to learn about your culture, ideas, and way of seeing the world.

In our winery you will experience real daily life: from vineyard work to cellar activities, from bottling to welcoming visitors. It’s not just a job, it’s a way to connect with the land, understand wine deeply, and be part of a small but passionate team.
I’m looking for motivated, curious people who want to learn, help, and share this journey with me. In return, you will discover Italian wine culture from the inside, live in a beautiful countryside between Verona and Lake Garda, and become part of our story.
We also offer free accommodation and paid work. Where necessary, we require the correct visa to work legally in Italy.
