This a hostel and art residency open to travellers, artists, and locals. We aim to create a space where everyone feels welcome no matter what background, where people can disconnect with the world around and have time to connect with nature and themselves. We have a beautiful garden with fruit trees, a pool and steam room, bonfire area, tattoo studio and many chill out areas with beautiful views of the mountains around us.

    Ayuda

Tasks around the hostel can vary from day to day, but generally we need help with:
    - welcoming guests and making them feel at home
    - keeping the hostel clean and tidy
    - maintaining a good atmosphere
At times we may also need some help with
    - maintaining our herb and veg gardens
    - construction and renovation projects
    - social media content creation
    - art and craft projects
If you have any particular skills that could be of use like
    - photography &/ videography
    - art & craft skills
    - music & dancing
    - healing practices (breath work, yoga, reiki etc)
    - manual skills
    - permaculture knowledge
or anything else that could work well with our vision, we're happy to hear from you! We like to run classes and workshops when there is the availability and skills, so we are open to ideas and want volunteers to feel they can contribute in their own unique way.
As you will be helping primarily around the hostel, we require a basic understanding of both English and Spanish to make communication as easy as possible, so please only contact us if you have a good understanding of both languages. We usually prefer a minimum of 2 weeks in order to have enough time to integrate into the hostel and be able to help out for a significant time, but it could be possible for less time depending on availability so please specify the dates you can help out and we can arrange your stay.
We ask volunteers to help with all kinds of tasks that are needed, these can vary greatly from day to day.
This is a family hostel and not a big business so not one day is the same and some days more help is needed than others. We offer volunteers the chance to be part of an evolving project at no cost, but ask that you seriously consider whether you have a passion to help out or are just looking for a place for free. This is 'voluntary' work after all and we want volunteers to be proactive and take initiative if you see that things need doing. If you share our values and feel you have something to bring to our project then please get in touch! Positive vibes only.

    Alojamiento

We offer volunteers a bed in a shared dorm or private tent in a sheltered area. This includes access to all facilities, including; the kitchen, communal areas, pool, garden and bathrooms. The hostel can get pretty busy at times when we are at full capacity, so we ask that volunteers be mindful of the space we are sharing and help to maintain it clean and tidy for everyone to enjoy and abide by a few simple house rules.

We get lots of digital nomads visiting the hostel. The internet is generally quite good though it can cut out occasionally as in the mountains we don´t always have the best connection. If that is a major problem for you there are also internet cafes in the town.

    Podría aceptar mascotas

We love animals and have 4 cats and 3 dogs. We accept travellers with pets though ask that they are respectful of the shared space, being careful that they don´t chase after the cats, clean up after them and not let them use blankets or towels from the hostel.
