  My house is nestled between three other homes; upstairs lives my sister with her son and downstairs a piano teacher.
  We are in a built up area, I do not live in the country side or have a plot of land, to farm, I have a concrete patio that has an amazing ficus. 5 min walk to the beach.
  You can take the bus downtown or even walk along the paseo maritimo, our waterline , that is filled with beautifull boats and be downtown in 30 min.
  To stay, I offer a room with its own private bathroom & shower, it´s a very quite room.
  There are two cats on the property and they come and go as they please.
  Mallorca is a beautiful island that can be explored by car, without long hour drives....we have a western mountain range that offers great hiking, canyoning and rockclimbing; there are thousands of small coves to swim at and long white sandy beaches. All reachable within an hour.
  My location is near, 5,7km, our main city, Palma.
  Palma offers great architecture, amazing restaurants, good art galleries and a vibrant night life. There are a lot of people from around the world here and a big luxury yacht community which brings high end places to eat as well as great local Spanish restaurants.
  The house is 3min away from a bus stop that takes you into town.

  I am bilingual and happy to help with spanish lessons.
  On my days off I can offer trips to the beach or the mountain. I do own a few surfboards and if there is any swell, we can venture for it.
  If time is good i can also do a good cookout as I am a cook by trade.
  I offer good food, good company and a great place to stay. When my nephew is upstairs we eat as a family and spend good times playing board games; i would be happy to whoever stays here, participate in our daily routines.
  (my nephew is 13, he does not need babysitting, as of this age, thank you)

  Ayuda

  I am looking for a clean and profesional worker, who can trade skills for room and food. Someone who can build a shed to store garden tools, surfboards etc.... it is a medium size project and I am searching for a person who can work autonomously. Someone with enough experience in similar jobs, or have build their own, at home.... I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT.
  I WONT BE TEACHING YOU HOW TO; I WOULD BE HELPING YOU.
  Someone with knowledge in carpentry and construction ; overall knowledge to build a solid place.
  I would love to take part of this project, if time agrees, as I would like to become comfortable with power tools.
  Mallorca is not a place that uses wood to build, but I would love to incorporated it in this project. I have a few tools in the house, but some need to be maintenance. I would love for someone to know how to put all tools in good shape... i also own a mic wealder, and there could be lots of things to weld around the house.
  Please dont contact me if you do not know how to do such projects.
  Once the main big project is finished, I will happily open my doors to those who can paint and work cheerfully and honestly.
  Until so; the specifics at the beginning of this, is a must.
  I AM ALSO OPEN TO TRADE ROOM AND FOOD FOR PIANO LESSONS.
