  Hello and welcome! My name is David, and I have recently purchased a beautiful property in the charming village of Ćunski, located on the island of Lošinj in Croatia. This serene and picturesque area is surrounded by lush nature, with the Adriatic Sea just a stone’s throw away. It’s a perfect blend of peaceful village life and the natural beauty of the Mediterranean.

  Travelers will benefit from a cultural exchange by learning traditional Croatian gardening techniques and the art of maintaining and harvesting vegetables in crotia, a staple of Mediterranean culture. They will also gain insight into the local way of life, customs, and cuisine, enriching their understanding of Croatian heritage.

  Our project is focused on revitalizing the land and making the most of its potential. The property includes a spacious garden that needs a bit of love and care to bring it to life. We have big plans for the garden, including planting new flowers, vegetables, and herbs, and creating a space that is both beautiful and productive.

  House, Tents or Caravan. House for cooking and community activites. Pizza oven. The Adriatic sea is 700 m away so you always can go for a quick swim.

  The island is connected via car ferries to the mainland ( Brestova-Porozina and Valbiska -Merag) every 1,5 hour during the day.The Airport Rijeka is 90 km away. There is a good bus connection from the airport to Cunski. On your free time you can go swimming, snorkeling in the adriatic sea or go for a hike. Also on weekends we can go sailing with my sailboat. you can also start learning sailing on my small sailing boat. Also in Mali Losjini (5km away) is always something going on here you can meet new people and can get everything you need.
