We’re lucky to be part of this award-winning backpackers hostel in sunny Faro, Algarve — a place full of good vibes, great people, and unforgettable memories.
Our team is multicultural, positive, and driven. We live and work together like a small family — keeping the house clean, the energy high, and the vibe real.
Respecting the flow, adapting to structure, and maintaining our chill community lifestyle are key to making it work.
The hostel is a cosy Mediterranean home with boho touches, sunny rooftop hammocks, big breakfasts, and good humans from everywhere. We’re downtown Faro, next to the train & bus stations — and just 6 km from the airport. Faro beach? Just a 20-minute boat ride away. 🌊☀️
Another season begins — let’s make it the best one yet.
Our successful applicant will be/ have:
- Fluent in English, UE citizen (only!),

What’s in it for you?
You’ll be part of this amazing experience, our friendly and relaxed hostel community, with a bed (including linens and towels) in the staff room with other staff members. Clean, spacious and fully equipped kitchen to use, laundry services and Wi-Fi. You’ll have time for yourself in our beautiful and authentic Portuguese house. Freshly made pancakes in the morning. Rooftop with hammock with view on the marina of Faro, a lot of new people to meet, new memories to create, and plenty of ne things to learn or to share.

Portugal life experience, by living in Faro, you will get to know a new cultures and practice languages in a relaxed, sunny and multi-cultural house. Great place to relax, find peace and great location to easily explore other cities in Portugal and Spain (The hostel is close to the bus and train stations). 20 min bus to the beach, or inexpensive boat to the beach through the Ria Formosa natural park.

A popular destination for sun-seekers from northern Europe and the UK. In winter, it is a beautiful, peaceful corner of Southern Europe with plenty of sun bleaching the white-washed town with Iberian and Moorish-influenced architecture. The people are more friendly than other parts of Europe. Many speak a bit of English, but are very appreciative of any attempts at Portuguese.

When I arrived at the hostel I could feel the amazing atmosphere right away. Within a few days I totally felt at home. The work itself and communication was also good.
