  We’re a small, heart-driven surf & kite camp tucked between the fjord and the sea in Hvide Sande, Denmark.
  
  This place was born out of a deep love for the ocean, community, and the quiet magic of living close to nature. We offer guests more than a stay — we create an experience that feels like a shared home, a place to breathe, laugh, and reset.
  
  Alongside kitesurfing, surfing and shared dinners, I also offer massages, guided rest— created for emotional healing, nervous system repair, and rest.
  
  We're a small team, and during the summer season, we welcome Workawayers to help us hold the space with care and presence. This is more than a “job” — it’s about helping co-create the energy of the place.

  Team living, shared meals, nature-led flow
  We eat together, laugh often, and hold space for each other. This is a home, not a hotel. And if you bring presence, a curious heart, and a gentle energy — you’ll be part of the family here.

  Ayuda

  We’re looking for someone grounded, warm, and hands-on to assist with:
  
  Room cleaning (especially Saturdays, our changeover day)
  Tidying common areas & keeping the kitchen/dining space cozy
  Light daily cleaning tasks (shared across the team)
  Possibly helping in the garden, folding laundry, or supporting housekeeping, cleaners and management where needed
  Work is about 4 hours a day. The rest of the time is yours to enjoy the sea, read in the sun, or take a nap in the dunes.
  
  In exchange, we offer:
  
  Accommodation at the camp (you’ll be part of the crew!)
  Free use of surf/SUP/kite gear (depending on your skills)
  Join a surf or kite course or yoga/workout/meditation class for free
  Same meals at the guests (7x breakfast, 4x lunch, 5x dinner a week)
  Lots of downtime to enjoy the beach, the fjord, and everything Hvide Sande has to offer.
  
  This is great for someone who’s organized, easygoing, and happy to get their hands a bit dirty in exchange for sunsets, surf, and some solid new friendships.

  You’ll have your own simple, clean private room in the staff area — with a real bed, fresh sheets, and a quiet space to rest.
  
  We also have a shared staff kitchen and living area — your zone for snacks, slow mornings, or group dinners.
  
  You’ll be included in:
  
  7x breakfast a week
  4x light lunches
  5–6x shared dinners with the team & guests
  And you’re welcome to join yoga, workouts, or use our SUP/surf/kite gear depending on conditions.

  I have a stable Wi-Fi connection at home, and digital nomads are welcome to use the shared spaces to work. The house is calm and surrounded by nature, so it’s a good environment for focused work. If you need to take calls or have quiet working hours, that can be arranged.

  There is space on the property where a campervan can be parked. It’s suitable for small to medium-sized vans, with easy access and a quiet spot to stay. If you’re unsure about size or setup, feel free to ask and I can confirm.

  I’m open to hosting pets. ButI also need to keep the house harmonious, I ask that pets are calm, friendly, and comfortable around new environments. If you’re travelling with a pet, just tell me a bit about them so I can make sure everything is a good match. Since we also have a camp dog.
