I highly recommend staying with Paola and Andrew! I had such a wonderful time while I was with them. They have a beautiful piece of land with stunning views all around. I mostly worked with Paola in the polytunnels or the outside garden and enjoyed every minute of it. You can learn a lot from Paola and she makes sure that you understand what

One of my highlights was eating dinner with them from time to time, as Paola is a fantastic cook! I also really enjoyed preparing food for myself though as you can cook with fresh vegetables from the garden.Solo puedes ponerte en contacto con workawayers con membresías activas.

It has been a pleasure having Esther with us this spring. She's been an invaluable help at the time we needed to prepare the garden for the summer season. She's skilled and reliable, enjoying working outside (with the surprises that Irish weather brings) and up for trying new tasks. We greatly enjoyed her company and thoughts. Wishing her all the

I had a wonderful stay with Paola and Andrew and I would highly recommend!
To start, the farm is located in a beautiful setting with rolling green hills full of sheep, and wonderful views over to the bay and the mountain Knocknarea. You truly feel that you are in the countryside, all while still having the option to catch a bus into town at the

Throughout my time at the farm I worked on cleaning up the garden beds and getting them ready for spring planting, in addition to helping out with seedlings and planting. I truly enjoyed the tasks and it was very gratifying seeing the farm slowly transform and become organised for spring planting! Also, being able to grab a freshly made cappuccino at lunch from the roastery was an awesome plus.
Last but not least, Andrew and Paola where wonderful hosts, always making sure you had what you needed and that you were comfortable. They were also very helpful in giving you ideas of what to do on the weekends and offering to give rides whenever they were going out. Their two children, Alec and Zoe, are quite adorable and I always enjoyed coming over for dinner as the food was quite delicious.

Having Sophia with us was great! She's very nice person, clam and generous and our two kids adored her. She integrated very quickly within the family and other volunteers and embrace the Sligo life. We were very lucky to having her with us and have her back anytime. Good luck and keep in touch! xxx

The month I spent at the farm was not long enough! Paola and and Andrew were the most fantastic hosts; very attentive and kind and accommodating. It was so wonderful to eat fresh food from the polytunnels every day. The highlight of my stay were the sweet kiddos, whom I'm already missing terribly.

It has been a real pleasure to have Marie & Martin with us back in April. They are serious, reliable and good fun! They helped us a lot in the garden and took care of it as if it was their own (while we were away). They greatly enjoyed the countryside and made the most out of their Sligo stay. We would have them back anytime.

Thanks Paola and Andrew for being able to enjoy our last three weeks in Ireland. It was the best three weeks in Ireland. :)
Thanks to the good hospitality and companionship we had from Paola, Andrew and his parents. Andrew's parents took good care of us in the absence of Paola and Andrew. They are so kind people. Thank you very much for that.

It was great that we could use vegetables from the garden. We cooked healthy and tasty dishes from fresh spinach leaves, for example. And another amazing thing is their homemade coffee! We love coffee and their coffee is the best we've tasted. I recommend this place for coffee lovers. :)
Paola and Andrew are an amazing, interesting and fun couple with beautiful and clever children.
We enjoyed the time we spent with your family.
Thank you very much.

I have been just for 2 weeks but I appreciated the place, people, work and food.
The place is really Irish countryside with sheep and green everywhere; I also enjoyed their private pier in a sunny evening, it was amazing!

The work in the polytunnel and in the outside garden is not so hard and I learnt a lot of things about it and also about their coffee roastery.
I can’t forget to mention their funny kid Alec, super active boy!

We spent three months at the farm, from March until June. We had planned to come for a month, but it was a great place to be so we wanted to stay.
Paola and Andrew are great hosts - always kind and helpful. We really enjoyed their company and their lifestyle, they live in a way that appreciates the importance of the outdoors for providing food

We did many simple tasks in the polytunnels and vegetable garden and around the farm and we learnt lots of new things (especially one day when we helped to pack wool when the sheep were being sheared, it was very funny and a nice experience).
The location of the farm is beautiful, close to the sea, full of wildlife, and the air is so fresh! Also, there are many special places to see in County Sligo, lots of beaches, forests and hills, and we enjoyed visiting Sligo Town too.
We're grateful we had the chance to stay! Thanks again!
