  We are a non–profit charitable society focusing on the empowerment of children and youths by means of offering training in character formation and skill development. Fr. Thomas is the founder director of this society. We offer both residential and non-residential training programs. Around 800 children from different villages benefit from this program by way of camps, weekly meetings and guidance programs conducted in various villages. Our residential program takes place in our four houses situated in the District of Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
  Two of these houses are for boys and young men, and two for girls and women. There are around 50 youths receiving residential formation in these houses. Some of them do academic studies like higher secondary classes (11th nd12th classes) and degree courses. But all of them undergo various job oriented vocational courses or skill development programs like house-keeping, cooking, tailoring, computer, gardening etc for girls and plumbing, electrical works, welding and masonry for boys. The entire training program is based on living the spirituality of unity aiming at a more united and better world.
  Those who look forward a workaway program with us are invited to help out in our works and activities in these houses such as animating the youths and helping them in their personality development, undertaking different works with them, teaching them computer work, electrical or sanitary work, engaging them in agricultural works like gardening, vegetable cultivation, construction works etc.

  Ayuda

  The boys and girls living in our house grew up under very poor conditions and they are so happy to meet and spend time with people from other places. You can do any service that helps their skill and personality development. You can teach them Yoga, you can do sports with them such as volleyball, soccer, badminton,... you can show them card games, teach them English, computer skills, make a presentation about your country and your culture or teach them anything else that may benefit them.

  Alojamiento

  You will have a single room in the house where the girls live. A private bathroom and a balcony with an amazing view (on good days you can see the ocean). We provide sheets and a mosquito net.
  Warm meals will be prepared 3 times a day, at 4pm we usually have tee and a snack. You are also welcome to cook your own food if you wish.

  We can pick you up anywhere in the city of Trivandrum.
  With your time off you can go for beautiful walks, you can explore the city on your own by a local bus. We would also love to show you some places in the surrounding area by car or motorcycle such as ashrams, churches, beaches and the forrest.
