am currently looking for English speakers, Chinese speakers, Japanese speakers, Korean speakers, and speakers of other languages

You can still apply and join us!
    We need your support! 💙

Hello, my name is Min. I am the manager of a school here. We have a team of local teachers who will help volunteers all the time. Teachers welcome all volunteers. Our students are very good students. They need good quality education, focusing on effective English development. Our school has a volunteer assistance service for staying in Nakhon Sawan to facilitate volunters and welcome you. If there is anything we can help, we will not hesitate to help.

Our school has a good, clean, comfortable environment that supports all volunteers to have a friendly and fun atmosphere and helps them feel comfortable and happy with teaching and a variety of teaching experiences, whether it is teaching small classes or organizing various activities to promote learning. Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn new skills in teaching and studying, which is useful for self-development. Our school will support and help them feel secure and well looked after. Our school aims to continuously develop students, which makes them feel valued in their work and have interesting activities that enhance the fun of teaching, such as organizing cultural activities or traveling with students.

Volunteers get new experiences with awesome children and can create a great impression during the time in Nakhon Sawan. The unique experience of volunteering is to experience the culture and way of life of Nakhon Sawan people and travel to places in Nakhon Sawan province. And tourists can participate in the community and conserve the environment and work with people in the organization and wonderful children.
a friendly and fun atmosphere and happy with teaching and a variety of teaching experiences . it is teaching small classes or organizing various activities to promote learning.

🚩All bedding was fully prepared and provided. If u can not find it please ASK!!
Everything is provided, almost comparable to a luxury hotel.
However, sometimes some appliances get broken because of volunteers’ use. The host never ignores this and always tries to find a repairman as soon as possible. So please understand and be patient.
We look forward to welcoming you into our school family and creating meaningful experiences together. ❤️
    • Meals will be provided only on teaching days.
    • On days off, meals will not be provided.
    Reason:
Due to a difficult situation happened
The host already provides free accommodation with air-conditioning and full facilities to ensure volunteers are comfortable. This is something very few hosts can offer at the same standard. I have already been offering much more than that.
Therefore, providing meals only on teaching days is considered a fair and reasonable arrangement for both the host and the volunteers. This ensures a smooth stay and a positive experience for everyone. ✨
Snacks and food in the refrigerator are available for you to enjoy at any time.
But sometimes on days off, the host often invites you to share meals together. So please don’t worry about food — I have never been strict about it. However, I set these rules for living together to ensure harmony. This ensures a smooth stay and a positive experience for everyone. ✨
Before lessons, I always take time to discuss and demonstrate teaching approaches with volunteers. In addition, there are other volunteers available to support and assist during classes, so no one is left without help. If at any time something is unclear, I always encourage volunteers to ask questions — I am more than happy to explain further or provide extra guidance.
we’ve got you covered, you’ll definitely love it!
We’ve prepared everything to make your stay super smooth and enjoyable — so really, less than 5 stars just isn’t an option 😉✨
🚫 Types of Volunteers “Not Suitable” for Our School
    1. People looking for a free holiday
    • Join only to get free accommodation and food but have no real intention to help.
    2. People who don’t like or don’t have patience with children• Dislike noise or energetic classrooms.• Easily irritated when students are distracted.
    3. People who are irresponsible / lack commitment
    • Leave early without notice.
    • Frequently late or absent.
    • Ignore the agreed schedule.
    4. People who expect a highly structured teaching environment.
    • Not flexible with Active Learning style (our school focuses on fun and interactive learning).
    5. People who cannot live well with others
    • Do not like cleaning or following house rules.• Do not respect the host or other volunteers.• Create tension or negative atmosphere.
    6. People who cannot adapt to a local Thai lifestyle• Expect hotel-level standards (luxury rooms, hot showers all the time, special meals every day).• Do not understand the simplicity of local life in a small Thai city.
    7. People who are not open to communication / don’t ask questions
    • If they have problems but never tell the host, and later write negative reviews instead

    AIR CONDITIONER RULES

    1.Rest time: 12:01 am 10:00 pm🫡
    2.Use only: 10:00 pm - 11:45 am❄️
3.Always turn off with the remote control👍
    4.Turn off A/C 10-15 min before leaving👍
5.After turning off the air conditioner with the remote, please wait 10 minutes before switching off the main breaker.
7.If the air conditioner is still running, do not turn the breaker off. Doing so may cause a short circuit in the air- conditioning system, and the repair cost will be 5,000THB.💸
    8. Please do not turn the air conditioner on and off repeatedly within a short period of time.🥲
For example, if you plan to leave the room for less than 2 hours, please leave the A/C on.If you will be away for more than 2 hours, please turn off the A/C and follow Rules 1–5.🫡
9.Turning the A/C on and off too often causes it to use extra electricity, which makes the electricity bill increase significantly.😠
10.Please do not turn the air conditioner on and off repeatedly within a short period of time.🥺
For example, if you plan to leave the room for less than 2 hours, please leave the A/C on.
🥲Turning on the air conditioner for less than an hour and then switching it off does not allow the unit to run efficiently. When it is forced to stop before reaching full operation, it uses even more energy.🥲
If you will be away for more than 2 hours, please turn off the A/C and follow Rules 1–5.
😡Turning the A/C on and off too frequently causes it to consume extra electricity, makes the electricity bill increase significantly, and can also cause the A/C to break down faster.
😱If the unit becomes damaged, the host will have additional repair costs and may no longer be able to support providing air-conditioning for volunteers in the future.🔥

Set the air conditioner to 25°C only. Do not set it lower.
If you feel it’s not cool enough, you can adjust the A/C fan speed on the remote and also turn on the fan to help improve air circulation.
This is Thailand — a hot country — and the A/C here can operate efficiently only at 25°C.

    👗 Uniform 🥋
Please dress appropriately and modestly, preferably with long sleeves. The school can provide shirts and trousers if you need them. Please understand that you are in an educational environment, and as an English teacher, you serve as a role model for the students. Therefore, proper and respectful attire is very important for maintaining the school’s image.

I kindly ask for volunteers who are comfortable with and committed to following our modest dress code only.
    🙃
I am open-minded toward smokers. One of my friends, a French woman, smokes, but she never caused any problems and never made the bedroom smell of cigarettes. However, in recent cases, what I have experienced has been disastrous. Some volunteers smoked in public areas, allowing the cigarette smell to drift into other people’s homes, which also led to negative reports about our school.
So, Smoking is not acceptable from now on, the smell can linger on your clothes and cause allergic reactions for our students. Additionally, all bedrooms are strictly non-smoking areas. When someone smokes, the host must spend a significant amount of time deep-cleaning all bedding and fabrics to remove the smell. This process can take up to a week, during which we are unable to welcome new volunteers. It causes serious inconvenience for us
    THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION

    The Experience:
We are looking for dedicated educators who are passionate about teaching and inspiring young minds. We would like to have volunteers who will make our students laugh and have fun during lessons.
Native and non-native English-speaking teachers with different levels and accents are very welcome. We are looking for foreign teachers who can share their experience and be ready to make children enjoy learning English.

Volunteers will help teach English and share their international experiences with our students, who range from kindergarten and primary to high school, as well as adult learners interested in improving their English. The focus is on enhancing speaking skills, cultural exchange, and inspiring students through stories and experiences from around the world.Class sizes range from 1–10 students.
During the school term, classes are usually from 4:00–7:30 pm.
During school breaks in October, and March–April, the school operates in the morning and afternoon (9:00 am–4:00 pm), and volunteers can choose to teach 2–5 hours per day depending on the agreement.

Teaching tools provided include an iPad with GoodNotes, PowerPoint, internet access, and a whiteboard. Volunteers are encouraged to use these resources creatively to make lessons engaging and enjoyable.Schedule and shifts:
We have students with different levels of speaking, writing, reading skills in English, most of the time we provide a Thai translator to help you. We focus on letting the children use English as much as possible. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as reading, listening, writing and speaking in English and let children practice them with you during class. For example, describing pictures, writing and reading sentences, remembering vocabulary. We have a lot of books and resources for teaching, and we can prepare lessons for you. However, we are open to new ideas and techniques, you can use the school's printer, TV with wi-fi connections or iPads, for making funny, entertaining and educatable lessons. Please be proactive with your approach to teaching.

The teaching hours can be flexible, some days you may teach for 2-5 hours, some days no lessons at all. We can discuss the schedule a few days before, do not hesitate to ask about your lessons in advance. Also shifts will depend on seasons, public holidays, and co-volunteers. Feel free to tell us if you want to travel somewhere else in Thailand, we will adjust the schedule for you.
