Hey, I’m Tahsin 😊
I finally made my dream come true and opened my own little hostel on this beautiful island 🌴✨
I’ve been in tourism for years and worked with tons of amazing volunteers from all over the world. I’ve also done volunteering myself through Workaway in different countries, so I know exactly how special this experience can be.
Now I’m on the other side, welcoming volunteers into my own place 🙌 We’re a small, chill, and peaceful hostel just 3 minutes from the island center — close to everything, but still relaxed and quiet when you need it 🌿
We’re a small, social, and super welcoming hostel where everyone lives together like one community — guests, volunteers, and staff all become part of the same family. Respect, care, and good vibes are at the heart of everything we do 🤝✨
As a Reception Volunteer, you’ll be the face of the hostel — welcoming guests, helping with check-ins/check-outs, and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere where strangers instantly feel at home 😊
We run 4 rotating shifts per day (8–12, 12–4, 4–8, 8–12) 🔄 with a balanced rotation system and 1 full day off each week 🏖️
Life here is all about shared experiences — beach trips 🌊, parties 🎉, yoga 🧘, movie nights 🎬, sunsets 🌅, and family-style hangouts 🍹

You will also have plenty of time to explore and enjoy everything the island has to offer 🌴✨
On your days off 🏖️, you can relax or go on small adventures around Koh Phangan — from hidden beaches and crystal-clear waters 🌊 to beautiful jungle hikes and stunning waterfalls 💦 like Phaeng Waterfall and Bottle Beach viewpoints.
There are also regular workshops and activities happening around the island 🎨🧘♀️ — including yoga classes, meditation sessions, art workshops, dance classes, and creative community events where you can meet like-minded people.
Getting around is easy and affordable 🛵 — most people use scooters to explore the island freely, or shared taxis (songthaews) that connect major areas and beaches.
When it comes to nightlife and social life 🎉, Koh Phangan is famous for its world-class parties — from chilled beach bars with sunset music 🍹 to the legendary Full Moon Party and many smaller local events happening every week.
Whether you want adventure, relaxation, creativity, or connection — your time off here is the perfect balance of exploration and island lifestyle 🌺
