  Hello everyone, I have a small farm located in the heart of the Marche region.
  I've been studying bioregenerative soil agriculture for two years. My cultivation method is called no-dig, meaning without working the soil. I currently have a vegetable garden of about 1,000 square meters, 3.5 hectares of olive groves, and a small farm with only chickens, geese, and ducks. I also have two dogs.
  I also organize events where people come to visit my farm and enjoy lunches and dinners featuring products from my own farming.
  My goal is to be completely self-sustaining without being a slave to the outside world and to try to produce everything myself, from humus, vegetables, meat, microorganisms, etc.

  Ciao a tutti, ho una piccola azienda agricola situata nel cuore delle Marche.
  Sono due anni che studio agricoltura bioregenerativa del terreno, il mio metodo di coltivazione si chiama no-dig, ovvero senza la lavorazione del terreno. Per ora ho un orto di circa 1000 mq, 3 ettari e mezzo di oliveto e poi ho una piccola fattoria di solo galline, oche e anatre; inoltre ho anche due cani.
  Inoltre organizzo anche eventi dove le persone vengono a visitare la mia azienda e fare pranzi e cene con prodotti che derivano dalla mia agricoltura.
  Il mio obbiettivo è quello di autosostenermi a 360 gradi senza essere schiavo del mondo esterno e cercare di autoprodurmi tutto, a partire dall' humus, gli ortaggi, la carne e i microorganismi ecc.

  I will teach you a new cultivation method called no-dig, which I have been studying for a few years. This method does not use any type of mechanical processing, but the work is completely manual. I will share my language with you and I hope to discover with you new cultures and ways of living, cooking and much more. I live in a small village and I have a great group of guys and we go out together almost every night so that you too can feel at ease and make new acquaintances and experience village life.
  
  Vi insegnerò un nuovo metodo di coltivazione che si chiama no-dig, il quale sto studiando da qualche anno. Questo metodo non utilizza nessun tipo di lavorazione meccanica, ma il lavoro è completamente manuale e non uso nessun fertilizzante chimico o pesticida. Condividerò con voi la mia lingua e spero di scoprire con voi nuove culture e metodi di vivere, di cucina e tanto altro. Abito in un paesino e ho una grande compagnia di ragazzi e usciamo insieme quasi tutte le sere in modo tale che possiate sentirvi anche voi a vostro agio e fare nuove conoscenze e vivere la vita paesana.
  Alla sera potremo organizare cene tipiche in base alle vostre culture e giochi e divertimenti di gruppo.

  -I need people in the kitchen who are truly skilled at using the resources from my farm and transforming them into unique dishes, both for the kids staying at my house and for events at my farm where people come to taste my products.
  -I need people to take care of the farm animals, including chickens, geese, and ducks (making sure we always have food and water available, cleaning, and collecting eggs).
  -I need people to take care of the dogs, ensuring they always have food and water and walking them.
  -I need help in the garden, watering, transplanting, and harvesting vegetables.
  
  OCTOBER:
  - I need people to harvest the olives (about 1,200 trees).
  - I need people in the kitchen who are truly skilled at using the resources from my agriculture and transforming them into unique dishes, both for the kids who will be staying at my house and for events at my farm where people will come to taste my products.
  - I need people to care for the farm animals, such as chickens, geese, and ducks (making sure we always have food and water available, cleaning, and collecting eggs).
  - I need help in the garden, watering, transplanting, and harvesting vegetables.
  
  IN THE SECOND HALF OF OCTOBER, I NEED PEOPLE TO CARE FOR ANIMALS (DOGS AND FARM ANIMALS) WHEN I AM OUT OF ITALY.

  -Avrei bisogno di persone in cucina che siano veramente brave ad utilizzare le risorse che derivano dalla mia agricoltura e trasformale in piatti unici sia per i ragazzi che alloggeranno nella mia casa sia per quando ci saranno gli eventi nella mia azienda dove le persone andranno a degustare i prodotti della mia azienda.
  -Avrei bisogno di persone che si prendono cura degli animali della fattoria quindi galline, oche, anatre (assicurarsi che abbiamo sempre cibo e acqua a disposizione, pulizia e raccolta uova).
  -Avrei bisogno di persone che si prendono cura dei cani, ovvero, assicurarsi che abbiano sempre cibo e acqua e portarli in giro
  -Avrei bisogno di aiuto nell'orto, annaffiare, trapiantare e raccolta verdure.
  
  OTTOBRE:
  -Avrei bisogno di persone per la raccolta delle olive (1200 piante circa)

  Alojamiento

  I have a farmhouse with shared bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large shared kitchen.
  We also have an outdoor terrace where we can relax, and I've set up a laundry room where you can wash your clothes in the washing machine and hang them out to dry.
  From Monday to Friday after work, we all have lunch together. You'll have access to the garden and farm produce, including eggs and vegetables. I'll also provide you with pasta, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and flour on a weekly basis.
  Less than a 15-minute walk away, you'll find a supermarket where you can buy all the supplies you need!

  Ho un casolare dotato di camere da letto condivise, due bagni e una grande cucina tutto condiviso ovviamente.
  Abbiamo anche una terrazza esterna dove possiamo rilassarsi e nel quale ho fatto la lavanderia dove potrete lavare i vestiti con la lavatrice e stenderli al sole.
  Dal lunedì al venerdi dopo il lavoro si pranza tutti insieme, avrete accesso ai prodotti dell'orto e dell'allevamento, quindi uova e verdure. Inoltre vi fornirò settimanalmente pasta, olio, sale, pepe, zucchero, farina.
  A meno di 15 minuti a piedi troverete un supermercato dove potrete acquistare tutti i prodotti che vi servono !!!

  In your free time, you can enjoy the tranquility of my hometown, or explore the nearby mountains or seaside, which are also well-served by public transportation. In the evening, there are bars and clubs open to meet new people and mingle with the friendly locals.
  A car is recommended so you can visit all the attractions in the Marche region.

  Nel tempo libero potete godervi la tranquillità del paese in cui vivo, oppure spostarvi in montagna o al mare che sono vicini e ci sono anche mezzi di trasporto. Alla sera ci sono locali e bar aperti per fare nuove conoscenze e per ambientarvi con gli abitanti del paese che sono tutti molto cordiali e amichevoli.
  E' consigliabile avere una macchina in modo tale da visitare tutte le attrazioni delle marche.
