Descripción
We are an NGO located in the tropical dry forest in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on a 100-hectare land, we combine protected forest areas with a community designed under a permacultural system.
Our name, which means in the native Quechua language: "Harmonious coexistence between humans and nature", reflects our mission of creating a habitat that allows the sustainable development of communities in a respectful manner, preserving biodiversity and the environment.

Hi! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with the construction and maintenance of our project.
We are currently building a Montessori school for local children and need volunteers to assist in developing an educational program. If you have a background in education and relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you! -

Alojamiento
Volunteers can stay in our guesthouse, which is divided into two rooms, one for men and one for women. Each room has its private bathroom with a shower and toilet facilities.
Meals are provided by us at no additional cost. -
