BE PART OF A TRUE EDUCATIONAL REVOLUTION IN PERU 🚀🌟
We are the FIRST English-speaking kindergarten dedicated to nurturing bilingual children from non-English speaking families. Our mission is clear: to break the cycle of inequality and provide these kids with real opportunities for their future lives.
THE HARSH REALITY:
In 2012, Peru ranked DEAD LAST out of 65 countries in the global PISA educational assessment. In the latest 2022 results, we climbed to 59TH OUT OF 81 NATIONS. While this shows steady progress, our educational scores still fall drastically below the global average. The root of this crisis? Inadequate early childhood education that fails to build the essential skills and self-esteem children need to succeed 😔.
HOW WE ARE CHANGING THE STORY:
At our school, we refuse to accept these statistics. We strive to elevate standards by providing children with the invaluable gift of English 🌍. Fluency in a foreign language not only opens doors to global opportunities, but it also builds unbreakable self-confidence and parental pride. This positive impact reverberates through our society, expanding and growing with time 🌈.
Our vision even goes beyond the city limits! We organize summer lessons for children in remote Andean communities, bringing high-quality education to those who have never had these opportunities before. Our unique, interactive teaching method completely revolutionizes how knowledge is imparted to pre-reader children under 7 years old 📚.

We invite you to step in and be a part of this ambitious project! You will be working with the most delightful and precious age group. Our method is playful and dynamic, meaning you will engage with the kids in a fun, meaningful, and deeply rewarding way 🤗.

😊 You’ll support daily routines, assist teachers, and help with activities and projects 🧒🎨. Volunteers must COMMIT TO AT LEAST 1 MONTH to adapt and contribute meaningfully 🙌. We offer accommodation and two meals per working day 🏠🍽️.
🙏 PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE TRULY COMMITTED TO STAYING A FULL MONTH MINIMUM . We understand travel plans can change, but due to our structure, WE CANNOT HOST VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE UNSURE ABOUT THEIR STAY. If you're still figuring out your plans, there are other great short-term options out there 🌍💛.
We have specific enrollment dates and offer four spots every two months. Recruitment takes place on the last and first days of each month 📆🌻🎉. However, please feel free to consult with us, as we often have spaces available throughout the year as well 😊👍.
😊 PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS NOT ONLY FUN AND GAMES. While 90% of the time is joyful and playful 🎨✨, THERE ARE ALSO MOMENTS THAT REQUIRE FOCUS AND DEDICATION — especially with our 2- and 3-year-olds who need extra care .
SOMETIMES YOU'LL NEED TO HELP with restroom support or diaper changes — it's all part of truly being there for them with love and patience ❤️.

As we are blessed to work with the precious little ones, we kindly ask that you provide us with the following documents, so that we may continue to ensure the utmost safety and security for our little angels 👼:
1️⃣ A Criminal Record Check, to help us maintain a safe and secure environment for our cherished little ones 🛡️.
2️⃣ Your travel insurance number, which can be provided just a few short days prior to your arrival, so that we may rest easy knowing that you are well-protected 🌍🚑.
3️⃣ An emergency telephone number for your nearest and dearest, so that we may contact them in the event of any unforeseen circumstances 📞❤️.
4️⃣ And last but not least, your WhatsApp number, so that we may continue to keep you updated on all the magical moments that your little ones will experience during their time with us 📲🌟.

I'm a tour guide with over 18 years of experience in exploring all of Peru, and I'll personally ensure you make the most of your free time 🗺️😊.
We'll provide helpful advice to all volunteers on navigating Cusco, and we'll make sure you know the fair prices to pay for things 💸👍. Experience an unforgettable immersion into Peruvian culture with us! 🇵🇪🥳

We need to create an English environment 🌎 to encourage our students to use the language they're learning, and along the way, help our local teachers practice English too! 🗣️👩🏫
We have daily guides and methods, so you'll know exactly what your duties and responsibilities will be. These include: singing songs you've learned before 🎶, playing and supervising games 🎲, helping kids with their meals 🍽️, preparing materials and worksheets for lessons 📚, teaching English using our method 💡, and more as we discover them together!
This position is available from Monday to Friday or just on weekends, giving you time to explore the city 🏙️ and even visit places like Machu Picchu 🏔️ on your days off!
