  We live as a couple with chickens, cats and a dog on a finca, a 10-minute-walk from the village of Galaroza in the "Sierra de Aracena y picos de Aroche" Natural Park. On our finca we grow vines, various types of fruit and vegetables. Also all trees are nurtured. It´s rurally quiet here (mostly) and always green. We maintain good relations with the residents of the neighboring fincas and support each other, including occasional celebrations and meals together. We speak German, English and Spanish. Helpers can support us in our everyday lives, take on own projects based on talent and passion, and acquire and deepen language practice. We want helpers who are independent and take responsibility by working together and learn from each other. The Sierra de Aracena Natural Park is an attractive place for leisure activities at any time of the year. It offers numerous and beautiful hiking and excursion opportunities.
  
  Vivimos en pareja con gallinas, gatos y un perro en una finca a 10 minutos andando del pueblo de Galaroza en el Parque Natural „Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche“. Aquí se practica la jardinería, se cultiva vino y se cultivan varios tipos de frutas y árboles. Es un rural tranquilo (en su mayor parte) y siempre verde. Mantenemos una buena vecindad con los residentes de las granjas vecinas y nos apoyamos mutuamente. Las celebraciones ocasionales y las comidas son parte de ello. Se habla alemán, inglés y español. Los ayudantes pueden ayudarnos en la vida cotidiana, emprender nuestros proprios proyectos basados en el talento y pasión, y adquirir y profundizar la práctica del idioma. Queremos ayudantes que asumen responsibilidad, trabajando juntos y aprendiendo unos de otros. Para el ocio, el Parque Natural de la Sierra de Aracena es un lugar atractivo en cualquier época del año. Ofrece numerosas y hermosas oportunidades de senderismo y excursiones.
  
  Wir leben als Paar mit Hühnern, Katzen und einem Hund auf einer Finca, 10 min zu Fuß vom Dorf Galaroza im Naturpark "Sierra de Aracena und Picos de Aroche". Hier wird gegärtnert, Wein angebaut, verschiedenste Obstsorten und Bäume werden gehegt und gepflegt. Es ist ländlich ruhig bei uns (meistens) und immer grün. Mit den Bewohnern der anliegenden Fincas pflegen wir eine gute Nachbarschaft und unterstützen uns gegenseitig, gelegentliches gemeinsames Feiern und Essen gehören dazu. Gesprochen wird deutsch, englisch und spanisch. Helfende können uns in unserem Alltag unterstützen, nach Talent und Leidenschaft eigene Projekte übernehmen, Sprachpraxis erwerben und vertiefen. Wir wünschen uns Helfende, die selbständig sind und Verantwortung übernehmen, durch gemeinsames Arbeiten und Lernen voneinander. Für die Freizeitgestaltung ist der Naturpark Sierra de Aracena ein attraktiver Platz zu jeder Jahreszeit. Er bietet zahlreiche und schöne Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

  We speek 3 languages - German, English and Spanish. We know the Natural Park and its special features well. Life in Galaroza, the various festivals and traditions, are familliar and important for us. Day trips to the Spanish coast are possible, for example to the Doñana Nature Reserve. The Rio Tinto mines are also well worth seeing. And the proximity to the Portuguese Alentejo guarantees a wide variety of cultural input. If you have open eyes and ears and are interested in what is special about this region in Andalusia, if you want to experience a part of our everyday culture, this is the right place for you.
  
  Hablamos tres idiomas – alemán, inglés y español. Conocemos bien el Parque Natural y sus particularidades. La vida en Galaroza, los diversas festivales y tradiciones nos resultan familiares e importantes. Puedes realizar excursiones de un día al costa española, por ejemplo al Reserva Natural de Doñana. También merece la pena ver las Minas de Rio Tinto. Y la proximidad al Alentejo portugués garantiza una amplia variedad de aportaciones culturales. Si tienes los ojos y los oidos abiertos y estás interesado en lo que tiene de especial esta región de Andalusía, si quieres experimentar una parte de nuestra cultura cotidiana, este es el lugar adecuado para ti.
  
  Wir sprechen drei Sprachen - deutsch, englisch und spanisch. Wir kennen den Naturpark und seine Besonderheiten gut. Das Leben in Galaroza, die verschiedenen Feste und Traditionen, sind uns vertraut und wichtig. Tagesausflüge an die spanische Küste sind möglich, zum Beispiel zum Naturreservat Doñana. Die Minen von Rio Tinto sind ebenfalls sehr sehenswert. Und die Nähe zum portugiesischen Alentejo garantiert verschiedensten kulturellen Input. Wer offene Augen und Ohren hat und sich für das Besondere dieser Region in Andalusien interessiert, wer unsere Alltagskultur ein Stück mitleben will, ist hier richtig.

  Ayuda

  We want helpers who are practical and want to lend a hand. Openness, impartiality and wanting to learn from each other, in both directions, are important to us. For example all kind of repairs are carried out here all year round, on the finca as well as on the house. Feeding and caring for the animals is necessary every day, and we are also happy to accept help with fruit tree care and grape harvesting. Depending on the season, there are different focuses. Everyone can find the right project for themselves and support us with it.
  
  Deseamos ayudantes que sean prácticos y quieran echar una mano. Para nosotros es importante la apertura, la imparcialidad y el aprendizaje mutuo. Por ejemplo, es necesario realizar de trabajos de reparación y limpieza en la finca y la casa durante todo el año. Los animales necesitan alimento y cuidados todos los días. Nosotros aceptamos con gusto ayuda para el cuidado de los árboles frutales y la cosecha del vino. Dependiendo de la temporada, existen diferentes enfoques. Cada uno puede encontrar el proyecto adecuado para sí mismo y apoyarnos con él.
  
  Wir wünschen uns Helfende, die praktisch veranlagt sind und mit zupacken wollen. Offenheit, Unvoreingenommenheit und VoneinanderLernen ist uns wichtig. Zum Beispiel fallen auf dem Gelände und am Haus ganzjährig Reparaturen aller Art an. Das Füttern und Pflegen der Tiere ist täglich notwendig, bei der Obstbaumpflege und Weinernte nehmen wir ebenfalls gern Hilfe an. Je nach Jahreszeit gibt es verschiedene Schwerpunkte. Jeder kann das passende Projekt für sich finden und uns damit unterstützen.

  Somos una pareja que venimos de diferentes países. Nuestra lengua materna es el alemán. Si quieres aprender o mejorar este idioma, puedes hacerlo aquí. Como también se habla inglés y español, es posible una buena comunicación. We are a couple from different nations. Our native language is German. Anyone who wants to learn or improve this language can do so here with us. Since we also speak Spanish and English, good communiction is possible. Wir sind ein Paar, das aus verschiedenen Ländern kommt. Unserer beider Muttersprache ist deutsch. Wer seine Sprachkenntnisse auffrischen oder verbessern möchte, kann das bei uns gern tun. Ausserdem sprechen wir englisch und spanisch, so dass wir uns in jedem Fall gut verständigen können.

  Alojamiento

  The helpers are accommodated in a small apartment with a separate entrance, closed to the main building. It is fully furnished for all daily needs, little lounge with open kitchen, bathroom with a shower, modern pellet heating, two terraces and WiFi. Depending on your interests and preferences, cooking and eating together or separately is possible.
  
  Los ayudantes viven en un pequeño apartamento con entrada independiente, cerca del edificio principal. Está totalmente equipado para sus necesidades diarias: Pequeño salón con cocina abierta, baño con ducha, moderna calefacción de pellets, zona de noche, dos terrazas y WiFi. Dependiendo de tus intereses y preferencias, podrás comer junto con nosotros o cocinar y comer por separado.
  
  Die Helfenden sind in einem kleinen Apartment mit separatem Eingang nahe am Haupthaus, untergebracht, Es ist komplett für alle täglichen Bedürfnisse eingerichtet, ein kleiner Aufenthaltsraum mit offener Küche, Bad mit Dusche, moderne Pelett-Heizung, Schlafplatz, zwei Terrassen und WLAN. Je nach Interesse und Vorlieben ist sowohl gemeinsames als auch separates Kochen und Essen möglich.

  The Nature Park offers many attractive hiking routs and surprising viewpoints. The predominantly agricultural use of the fincas for the natural rearing of black pigs, also known as Pata Negra, the cultivation and harvesting of chestnuts and the peeling of cork oaks are characteristic of this area. The centuries-long presence of the Moors is architechturally attractive and omnipresent. Beautiful gardens from this period can be found in Seville. A bus runs once a day from Galaroza to Seville and back to the final stop at Rosal de la Frontera on the Portuguese border. There are also daily buses from nearby Aracena to various places in this region.
  
  El Parque Natural ofrece numerosas rutas de senderismo atractivas y miradores sorprendentes. Son característicos de esta zona el uso predominantemente agrícola de las fincas para cría natural del cerdo negro – también conocido como Pata Negra, el cultivo y recolección de castañas y el pelado de alcornoques. En muchos lugares se tiene mucho cuidado en tratar con cuidado la naturaleza y sus recursos.

  Der Naturpark "Sierra de Aracena und Picos de Aroche" bietet viele atraktive Wanderrouten und überraschende Aussichtspunkte. Die überwiegend landwirtschaftliche Nutzung der Fincas für die natürliche Aufzucht der schwarzen Schweine, auch bekannt als Pata Negra, Anbau und Ernte der Eßkastanien sowie das Schälen der Korkeichen sind charakteristisch für diese Gegend. Vielerorts wird große Sorgfalt auf den behutsamen Umgang mit der Natur und ihren Ressourcen verwendet. Alte Burgen und Moscheen sind schnell zu entdecken, die jahrhundertelange Anwesenheit der Mauren ist architektonisch reizvoll und allgegenwärtig, In Sevilla sind wunderschöne Gartenanlagen aus dieser Zeit zu finden. Von Galaroza fährt einmal täglich ein Bus nach Sevilla und zurück bis zur Endstation Rosal de la Frontera an der portugiesischen Grenze. Vom nahen Arancena fahren ausserdem täglich Busse zu verschiedenen Orten in der Region.

  Apto para autocaravanas pequeñas, el acceso no es muy amplio. Suitable for slim, small campervans, the access is not particulary wide. Für kleine Campervans geeignet, die Zufahrt ist nicht besonders breit.

  Podría aceptar mascotas

  Básicamente, un perro está bien. En las granjas vecinas hay ovejas, cabras y pollos en libertad. El perro (o el dueño) debe tener bajo control el instinto de caza. El perro tiene que llevarse bien con nuestra perra, por favor pregunte. A dog would be okay generally. There are free-roaming sheep, goats and chickens on the neighboring fincas. The dog (or the owner) should have hunting instinct under control an get along with our dog. Ein Hund ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Auf den Nachbarfincas gibt es freilaufende Schafe, Ziegen und Hühner, Das Tier sollte den Jagdtrieb im Griff haben und muß mit unserer Hündin auskommen. Bitte nachfragen.
