Help me to renovate an old mill in Ljutomer, Slovenia

Born in North Yorkshire England ,On my own now but have lots of friends .My family visit from England regularly.Run my cycling tour business from the Mill and love it .The old Flour Mill is over a hundred years old .In August 2016 will be a festival and the official opening .Nature is all around 300 meters and your in Croatia ,16km and Hungary 32 km and Austria
