  We are a family-run guesthouse. All family members are involved in daily life and work.
  Some of us take care of the guesthouse and cooking, others help with hosting guests and daily tasks.
  
  We also organize horse riding tours to Son-Kul Lake, and family members help with horses, guiding, and logistics. Horses are an important part of our culture, and we are happy to share this experience.
  
  Sometimes we work with local people from the village, for example with horses or guest services. This helps support the local community and keeps everything authentic and sustainable.
  
  We work together as a team, and volunteers are treated as part of our family while staying with us.

  Staying with us is not only about helping in the guesthouse, but also about sharing everyday life, culture, and traditions.
  
  Volunteers become part of our family and are welcome to join our daily activities, family meals, and conversations. We often spend evenings together, sharing stories, tea, and traditional food. When possible, volunteers can also meet local people from the village, neighbors, and friends.

  We are looking for volunteers to help us with the daily running of our guesthouse. The help is not difficult, but it is important and helps us a lot.
  
  Main tasks include:
  
  Cleaning guest rooms and common areas
  
  Helping to answer guest questions using our work phone (messages, calls, bookings)
  
  Taking reservations and communicating with guests politely and clearly
  
  Most of the tasks are done together with us, especially at the beginning. We are happy to explain everything and support volunteers while they learn. There is also an opportunity to exchange skills, especially in communication with guests, hospitality, and basic tourism work.

  We provide volunteers with comfortable and safe accommodation in our family home. Volunteers will have their own bed in a clean room, with fresh bedding and a warm, cozy atmosphere.
  
  Our house is simple but comfortable, suitable for village life. We make sure that sleeping areas are clean, quiet, and safe, so volunteers can rest well after the day.

  We also provide daily meals. Volunteers eat together with our family and enjoy home-cooked local food. This is an important part of cultural exchange, where we share meals, conversations, and traditions.

  We have basic internet access, which is usually good for messaging, emails, and light online work. However, the connection may sometimes be slow or unstable, as we are in a mountain village. This place is best for digital nomads who do not need constant high-speed internet and who enjoy balancing work with nature and offline time. There is a quiet space in the house where you can work, read, or use a laptop. We follow a peaceful daily routine, which makes it easier to focus.
