  Enjoy beautiful BC, located just 15 minutes from Kamloops in the small community of Cherry Creek.
  
  I’m a retired 50 something who would like to do some travelling this summer. On my mini farm I need someone who can help feed and water dogs, horses and chickens, as well as water a veggie garden while I am away. We have 5 horses, one pony, chickens and 4 dogs to love on, so an animal lover would be ideal.
  
  Tasks take usually about 30min in the morning and evening and other than letting the dogs out during the day, you are free to enjoy the property or the many activities around the area. We have a large yard, an outdoor riding arena and are less than 10min away from Kamloops Lake and the beach, and are close to lots of hiking/biking trails and plenty of other outdoor activities.
  For activities away from the property you will need your own vehicle, as I take mine when I am away.
  
  I plan to be away for some long weekends in May and for June 12 to July 1. I would like to be able to be away from home one or two nights a week on average and possibly a longer trip in August.
  
  I have 3 girls in their 20s still at home. They all work and are not always home overnight. They can, and often do, take care of the chores when they are home. When I am home I also do the chores.
  In my free time I love to trail ride and have a horse suitable for an intermediate rider to borrow to come with me or with the girls when they go for a horseback ride.
  
  We are looking for a positive, open-minded individual that would like to enjoy the beautiful country side and animals with us. Feel free to ask us anything.

  The tasks include watering and feeding the horses, dogs and chickens, watering the veggie garden and occasionally some generic cleaning tasks in the house and around the farm. The dogs will need to get led out during the day and you are welcome to take them for a walk if you feel like it.

  You will have your own room with a queen bed and share the bathroom, living room and kitchen. Please see the pictures. We have wifi (it is good for “normal” use - no one here games).
