  Descripción

  We are Ed and Petra and we love to share our beautiful private project with enthousiastic people. We have about 1,5 hectare of land full of all kind of fruit tree's, all to be picked for own consumption. Because it's a microclimat we can also grow some tropical fruit.
  Ed and I are renovating some very old ruïnes and love to bring them alive again. We also try to live as much as we can off the grid. We got water from the spring and are starting up our solar energie system. And of course we have some biological vegetable gardens.
  We live up in the mountains and you need to love the silents of the nature.
  We speak dutch, german, english, french, spanish and a bit of gallego and portugese.
  Skills are not the most impotant but we love to share our project with everybody with positive energy.

  Petra is very creatieve and loves to creat every thing from anything. She is also keen in preserving food.
  I (Ed) I am a builder, loves putting big stones together. I have been restoring ruines before in france en I have always have been living off grid ( from the 90 th's only solar and wind)
  We love to travel ourself and so we are interested in positive people from all over the place.

  Ayuda

  We can use a hand in the kitchen, garden and building. You do not need special skills, but it ll be fun to find out together how to do it.
  Until now we got only 4 cats but we love to get more animals soon like milkgoats and chickens.

  Alojamiento

  We got some very beautiful camping spots (we got a tent and bedding for you or you can bring your own) you can also bring your own tiny camper (the road is small)
  But under our house we finished a pretty little studio wich is also availebel for our workawayers from January 2025
  Outside the studio we got a hottube wich is great on cold wintereve but also refreshing on hot sumerdays.
  
  In our house we also got a spare bedroom for people to stay.
  
  We like to prepair all the meals together mainly from our own garden. We also love to bake our bread ourself.

  Algo más...

  It is a very quiet, pretty area, nice to walk arround. We have 2 bycicles (but the roads are steep).
  By clear nights you can see a lot of stars . At 5 min walk you can dip in a remote waterfall in nature.
  In history they where finding gold here, (the capital name Ourence means gold) . I have a gold pan which you can borrow from me and perhaps you can find some in one of the little waterfalls .
  The wildlife is beautiful and divers. We got bees and there are loads of different butterflies and other beautiful insects.
  Portugal is nearby, and mostly we visit the big market of Melgaco on friday. Arbo is the nearest
  spanish town at 6km.
  Rio Mino is a wild river where you can raft in summertime.
  We are 100km from Santiago de Compostella.

  We got a very quiet studio with the most amazing view and good internet. This studio you can also rent if you are not working for us.

  We have some spots for minicampers, untill size of little bus. You can also pitch your own tent or even we got one for you.
