Join us throughout the year to co-create a big international festival of music and yoga! Many of the volunteers come and join the spiritual community for a few months, and participate in this joyful and profound project. 2024 will be the 7th edition of the festival - an amazing 8-day celebration with over 200 programs including yoga classes, Satsangs and inspiring workshops and concerts of world-renowned artists in the sacred music field. The theme of the festival is ‘Together for Peace and Unity’.
The festival is a fully non-profit event and a voluntary-based festival of its own kind. It is an initiative of a non-commercial, non-profit spiritual gathering.
The festival is organized by an international spiritual community. The community consists of people from different countries and different age groups, with various talents and capacities. The core of the community is a practical living experience of spirituality, grounded in everyday life and supported with guidance of its spiritual Master. Here everyone is invited to explore their personal inner journey towards self-realization.
Volunteers, with an interest of inner growth, are welcome to join this living and learning community throughout the year. Apart from the festival preparations, the community is also engaged in ecological building projects, ecological farming, music, yoga, meditation and more. Volunteers are welcome to engage in any of these areas as well. We welcome also last minute workawayers. Please read our full description, as it must match your interest in joining us.

Contact us if you have a sincere thirst in co-creating a peaceful and joyful festival of music and yoga for an international audience and at the same time like to benefit from a profound living and learning experience in a spiritual community. Here we focus on inner growth and self-reflection, in order to inquire the deeper meaning in life. This volunteering opportunity is a lot of fun to create and take part in a beautiful and meaningful festival and at the same time learn a lot of practical skills for daily life. This volunteering opportunity is a great chance to find one’s passion in life in order to create the world we wish to live in.

Co-creating the festival is a beautiful experience of togetherness and volunteers can join at any time of the year in the preparation work. The community and its long-term volunteers engage as one big family, passionate and self-motivated to collectively create a living experience of love, care and share. There is always plenty of engagements, from physical participation in building projects, farming, permaculture gardens, fruit orchards and parks, as well as promotional work, poster tours, administration, video and photo editing, communication work and event management to just mention a few. We offer festival volunteers the opportunity to join for a stay of minimum 3 months or join the one-week volunteering experience during the festival.

Your food and accommodation will be taken care of. We provide vegetarian/vegan food – 3 meals a day, the accommodation is in dormitories (2-3 people) and in the summer months in a shared safari-tent with bed and beddings.

The place is surrounded by beautiful, serene nature, with large fields and forests which are part of the community property. There are many activities happening within the community that volunteers can enjoy: yoga, spiritual gatherings, meditation, Satsang, walks in the beautiful natural environment. The community experience is very joyful and we recommend all volunteers to fully participate in the programs offered collectively within the community.
We have been having volunteers come to participate in the volunteering programs for the festival from 2014. We are a strictly alcohol free and non-smoking community.
