You are not afraid of waking up early, getting your hands dirty and working in the golden morning sun? You like vegetables and spending your time surrounded by powerful nature? This could be your best choice.
We are living in a beautiful village in the hills of upper austria. Our house is pretty old and charming and we have a huge veggie an fruit-garden that needs a lot of attention.
We´re enjoying a minimalistic, nature-connected life here on our farm. We know how to live the good life.

Ayuda
We gather and harvest all the fruit we can — nuts, apples, plums, pears, blackberries and everything else that is still growing in the garden. We turn it into fresh apple juice, homemade compote and dried fruit, and every few days we bake a delicious apple strudel!
We stack and prepare all the firewood for the winter, and cut some of it ourselves.
We also get the garden ready for the colder months: harvesting the last of the crops, putting dried-up plants on the compost heap, and digging over and covering the beds so they are tucked in nice and cosy for the winter.
Every day, we cook delicious food to share for lunch. In the evenings, there is a tasty Jause for everyone — a traditional Austrian-style cold supper — followed by a cosy fire in the wood-burning stove. -

there are many ways in our region to spend your time off. the danube offers really nice hiking trails or cycling paths. you can lend our bikes to get somewhere.
