  Hello traveler !
  
  Me and a group of friend recently buy some farmland close to my home town in Quebec and we are looking for some individual to come help us with some farm work.
  
  Me and my friend own a 80 ha farm who grow multiple vegetable without any use of chemical, use of tractor and diverse machine is require to operate all that farmland. egg chicken and meat one as well ( more than a 100 ).
  
  we more looking for someone who is interest in farming and discover how to operate machinery, how to exploit farmland and rotational culture of mass.
  
  We are against mono-culture. We prefer to use plant companionship, field rotation and maximisation of ground life is our moto. We want to respect the land and nature ways the most as posible, Even though it's not a easy task to do on a big farm.
  
  future project
  building and cultivate a garden ( permaculture style and following the ways of nature , having some animal ( goat, horse, cow , and duck ), bunch of different herb and flower. I would love to build some ego-energetic houses.
  We want to build some green house usable year long. Even with a winter as harsh as a Québec one.
  
  those project will require manual skill and use of construction tools. Don't be afraid if you don't have any experience.. we can show you.
  
  the workawayer salary will be the minimum wage in hour country (16.10$ Canadian Dollar) + food and housing.
  Food will be product from the farm +all the basic ( butter, flour, etc.)
  Since it's paid work we asking for a minimum of 25 hour weekly. If you want to do more ...well it a farm so there is always something to do and we will pay for every hour worked. We can make you a clear schedule. We are also flexible on the day you work and the hour.
  
  Exemple : we agree on Monday to friday 5 hour a day. But there is an activity you want to do on friday.
  Well you can take the friday off and work on saturday or even sunday instead.
  
  Or you can also do a bit more hour everyday and take the day off you need. We can arrange everything in return we just ask communication and a little head up.
  
  We understand that people come traveling and learn about community ... more than looking for a full time job.
  I've been workawayer in the past and i love it. That why i decided to become host.
  
  A bit about me and my friend.
  Sebastien: Growing up i work on diverse type of farm ,after that i've turn myself to the city and restaurant life till 2019 when i to turn my life around and decided to go tree planting for the first time.
  Since then i rediscover the love for nature and couldn't see my life anywhere else.
  
  Gabriel: Grow up on a farm ( the one we bought ), when came high school time and a good part of his life ( so far ) Gabriel work in diverse restaurant. Now he is a well establish real estate in Québec city.
  
  Vincent; Grow up on a farm, when came high school time start traveling on diverse farm around the province of Québec. Build a mycology project all that with some Restaurant work in between. Now he own landscaping and excavation compagnie. we are also owner of a wood working shop.
  
  The three of us are just old friend that decide to invest together.
  The farm was previously own by Gabriel and Vincent Mother.

  the farm is surrounded by multiple hike, trail and climbing station,
  there is a nice little waterfall at 5 minute from the farm in the summer it's warm enough to swim.
  Many historical site 45minute aways, inside the old capital, tons of restaurant.

  - straight farming, everything between planting seeds to harvesting. Packing order, help to deliveries, water system activation ,management of green houses and more.
  - gardenng, cooking. mostly gardening and meal prep with the permaculture product. helping feeding the animal will also be a part of the task.
  
  most of my friend/associate have kids so they will involve in some project but will it will not be your task to occupy them or neither watch them but they will surely be around.
