As im still student, I have no experience of being employed as a full-time. I have established a Japanese tutoring volunteer for American college students in a university in which I was on exchange program and run it for 6 months. I was in charge of finding (sometimes attracting) students who are interested in Japanese. By utilizing mostly social networking services I gathered 60 students in the end.
