I am Ergin, from Turkey. I am kind of dreamer, who is enthusiastic for travelling and meeting with new people and new cultures. I believe there are a lot of things we can learn from each other.

My intent to travel started at the university years. At every possible time which was left from studying, I was travelling. Since I studied Industrial Engineering for bachelor degree, I didn’t like this subject and at university years I improved myself about video making. And video making is still one of my main passions. Now, I travel with my own equipments (a professional drone, gopro and a stabilizer for phones) to find some chance to make some videos on the journey also.

My other passion is nature. I love to travel in natural places, hiking and camping kind of activities and besides I made my master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering. During I was living in Ankara, I built a terrace garden and I cultivated different vegetables and flowers in that garden for three years and I wrote my thesis about terrace gardening. After getting graduated from the master’s degree, I made a 6 months internship in an association in a mountain village in Italy about the agriculture and I get more experience.

Since I am willing to know about different cultures, I am eager to learn different languages. While I was living in Italy, I learned Italian and I was able to communicate in Italian with the local people and work with them in gardening activities.

Estoy en Latino America casi 2 años ahora. Puedo communicar en Español fluente. Solo cuando tema que hablamos tiene muchas terminologias distintas o esta profunda, me costa encontrar palabras correctas. Necesito explicar que quiero decir, pero como asi funciona bien :)

I am graduated from agriculture for the Master’s Degree and I did internship in an association in countryside of Italy related to agriculture. I am experienced about gardening activities.

I am a video maker and I am travelling with my own equipments to make videos. I am able to shoot, edit and give a video as a final product. I made some music perfomance videos, some short movies and recently while traveling I am making some promotional videos for the social media. Besides working for some personal and collective video projects, I also have worked in a video production company for a year as director, cameraman, script writer for documentaries. It also could be nice to meet some people who are interested or who are working with videos. Recently since my computer is broken, if it is not provided a computer to edit, I am not able to edit.

I have hosted guests via AirBnB for two years. I am experienced for activities related to accommodation kind of places.

I create my own terrace garden in 100 squaremeter area with the big pots which are done by me and my brother. It is the only furniture making experiences that I have, but I am willing to learn.

I am not experienced about construction tasks but I am willing to learn also.

Actually one day, I am dreaming to create a sustainable life in a rural area. All the activities related to building that kind of life, I am willing to learn.
