Before my departure I studied water engineering, in particular the study of climate change on the coast.
I enjoyed these studies very much but I also like more manual work, especially cooking, or agriculture. I have actually worked in restaurants in the summer.
I am always curious and willing to learn, and motivated to share my knowledge.
