I love nature, learning about the land, permaculture, organic farming, learning about new fruits and veggies, and sharing my culinary knowledge through food with others :)
Nothing makes me happier than seeing the smile on someone's face when they try my food.
I'm a Michelin-star chef who quit the fancy kitchens for a digital nomad lifestyle that allows me to travel and learn about *real* food from all over the world.

I am Mexican but I moved abroad from a very young age so both Spanish and English are my native languages. I taught them both online for a while to children :) I have a rusty intermediate-level Mandarin, but it gets way better with practice :) I also know beginner's French and German! - I sold all my belongings at the beginning of 2024 to begin a full digital-nomad lifestyle.
- I used to have an organic garden with avocado, lemon, and orange trees. I also grew tomatoes, chilis, lettuce, zucchini, strawberries, and blueberries.
- I'm a food writer and ghostwriter. Ask me anything about food, ingredients, cooking methods, etc.
- Before selling my things, I used to travel 6/12 months every year.
- I'm a 24-year-old with a Michelin star under her belt.
- I have a commercial real estate side-hustle (and social media) with a strong personal brand on LinkedIn.
- I am multi-cultural, being from Mexico but having grown up in China.
- I love dogs. Really really want to love cats, but they're just not for me lol. I'm also allergic haha
- I love off-grid adventures.

- Travel, even if it's just a couple hours away from where I'm currently at.
- My favorite places in the world have a beach or are in the middle of nowhere.

- Watch movies in foreign languages.
- Walk around the city.
- Duolingo.
- Love playing UNO or other board games with friends.
