Hey, I'm Wolf, 21 years old and from Hanover, Germany. For the past year I was traveling and working in Canada. After that I did a trip to Spain to visit friends and attend language school to improve my Spanish. I spent some time back home and decided that my next adventure is going to be a bicycle tour in Denmark.

I'm a very open-minded person. I love getting to know new people, listening to their stories, and sharing my own experiences. Being adventurous and curious, I enjoy exploring my surroundings by bike or go for walks, runs or hikes. I'm also really into organizing events and taking initiative to get people together. In general, I'm an active person and always seek to do things I've never done before.

Apart from that I'm an easy-going and very adaptable person. From my perspective every situation is a valuable experience, even if it involves inconveniences or stressful circumstances. Especially in situations like this there is probably something I can learn about life, other people or about myself.

I'm a hands-on person and I know how to tackle problems. Over the past years I did an apprenticeship to become an Electronics Technician. I'm planning on attending university but decided to see more of the world first. I want to visit and explore different places, improve my language skills, gain diverse work experiences, and connect with people.

Growing up in a rural region, I had to support my family in many ways. Helping in the household, cooking, doing gardening work and building different kinds of wooden constructions for all kinds of purposes are some of the things I used to do a lot. My family also has a farming background and because of that I am used to driving a tractor, doing fieldwork, cutting trees on field edges or in forests and processing the trees into firewood and timber.
In the course of my apprenticeship, I obtained several skills regarding electronics and engineering. I'm trained in repairing electrical devices, doing electrical installation, coding in C for microcontrollers and in developing and assembling circuit boards. I'm also very experienced in automating DIY projects and in engineering and building electrical devices from scratch.
Coming to Canada I decided to work in many different jobs because I wanted to gain more diverse work experience. I worked as a cashier and barista in the main lodge of a ski resort in Alberta, as a maintenance attendant for a campground on Vancouver Island and as a server and bartender in a restaurant in Halifax. I've learnt many new things working in these jobs and I'm very grateful for all the skills I was able to develop. Especially dealing with customers and working in a busy environment were very valuable experiences.
Apart from that I'm a very fit person in general, physically as well as mentally. I exercise regulary and like to do all kinds of sports. On the other hand, I'm a fast learner and I know that I just have to keep asking questions if I don't understand everything right away.

I try to leave my comfort zone as often as possible because I think that we have to overcome our fears to experience the best about life.
Apart from my other hobbies I also like to do all kinds of water activities. I own a boating license which allows me to drive motorboats on rivers, lakes as well as the sea and I enjoy swimming and kayaking as well.
