Hi I'm Will. I'm a proactive, ambitious and motivated person who loves hard work and having great new experiences, with fun and interesting people. I love learning about the different ways people live and work and hope to learn new things with hosts and other travellers I meet through the Workaway website. I have already used Workaway once to travel around Japan and am now looking forward to using it again to get around North and South America. I am a scuba diving instructor so if we ever get the chance to go I would love to take you!

If I were to work for you as a Workaway, you can expect me to be very prompt and reliable with everything I do. I love an early start if I've got an exciting day of working and learning new things ahead of me! I'm a fast learner and can adapt to most situations if required to, if you would like a confident, happy and motivated person to work for you I won't let you down :)

- I currently work as a digital marketer, which includes web design and advertising websites and products on the internet.
- I have experience working in the service industry and am capable of doing most jobs within a restaurant or hotel.
- I have some previous teaching experience and this September 2019-January 2020 I will be teaching English in a university in Japan so will have plenty of English teaching experience if anyone is interested in language practice!
- I have some experience within the British Army Reserves in the Exeter University Officer Training Corps, which have given me both leadership and humility skills, I know when to listen to others but can also direct a situation if needed.
- I am very hands-on and am happy to do any manual labour that you might need help with.
- I am confident and friendly, I am happy to talk to anyone I meet while on WorkAway and hope to meet plenty of great new people!
- I grew up in the country and am used to doing jobs which involve using my hands or involve hard labour.
- I am a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor so am great in the water and love helping and training others to become more confident within the water!
