Hi! My name is Vivian and I grew up in Vancouver, Canada. I recently started my PhD in neuroscience and I am planning a summer trip before returning to school in New York.
I am interested in art, food, the outdoors and exploring new places. Although I’m a scientist by profession, I also manage social media/content for work and am an avid ceramicist. I am seeking opportunities where I get to experience every day life and share my skills and interests. Through all my traveling around North America, Latin America, Europe, North Africa and Asia, I learned that the best way to visit a new space is through the lens of the locals and I can’t wait to chat with potential hosts :)
I speak Mandarin and English fluently, French conversationally and some Spanish but I’m always willing to practice and learn new languages!
